CAMPUS- Very big and beautiful Campus with greenary environment.
Library - A very big library in the college.

Dislikes

Weather - Very hot weather if you belongs from north.
Location - Nearly 20 km from the main city.
Language - Language issue if you go outside the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

My branch is chemical engineering. it allowed me in counseling that's why I choose. In every sem, there are 6 subjects and 2 laboratories. All the professor in my department is very excellent. The minimum qualification is Ph.D. There are three exams in every semester Assessment 1, Assessment 2, and End Sem.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

One of the best opportunities for internship in this college. Nearly all good and hard-working students get internships and also pre-placement offers. All big tech companies and core companies came for intern hiring.

The best thing about this college is the internship and its placement. This is why this college is a Top NIT. Nearly every company visited this college like Google, Microsoft, de Shaw, and for chemical core ITC, PnG, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is 62.5k tuition fees per sem and 29100 per sem for hostel and mess. If you belong to SC, ST then 100% tuition fee waiver and also income-based fee waiver.If your annual income is less than 1 lac then a 100% tuition fee waiver.

Campus Life

There are so many clubs and societies in this college like tech spider and delta, management club, entrepreneurship club, and all sports clubs is there. There are social clubs also in this college like ignite, and Aayam.

Hostel Facilities

There are nearly 22 hostels and 6 mess on campus. All the facilities are available in the hostel like the water cooler, and 3 washing machines on every floor. The hostel is allowed by the college and every room is 2 seater.

Admission

You have to qualify for JEE main and score decent percentile. Then apply in Jossa counseling according to your rank and then the seat allotted to you. Yes, there are many types of reservations like SC, ST, OBC , Ews, and State quota. And also PWD quota is there.

Placement Experience:

Our college is well known for its placements. Almost many MNC companies like Amazon,TCS, visit our college and recruit the top performing students.Students are instructed to do 30 days of internship in remote,hybrid or industrial online before their 6th semester.During the 7th semester, students become eligible to attend the placements. The highes package offered previous year was 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 lakh per annum. Here students receive 3 options 1. Placement 2. Masters 3. Government Exams . As far off noe, 98%percentage of students who opt for placements get placed. I want to get placed after finishing my degree.

NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
