I liked the Library because I love reading. Library is a very decent one staff and also nice infrastructure always supportive to find books that you want.

I choose this course because I love finance subject. I found happiness while I study the course. It's a little tough but is very easy to understand. Everyone should choose the course of course they love. The classroom is well maintained there are enough fans, lights, a bench, dusk and a projector too. The total strength of a class is 55. Class tests are conducted every week and semester exams are conducted after official notification from the university. The exams are quite difficult but providing hard work you get the result.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 36000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

It's a government college so fees were less. I only paid less than 10,000 for the whole admission process and books. I didn't get any scholarship yet. You can get all information about scholarships on the notice board and there is a help desk too.

Campus Life

Talking about the library it's a decent one staff are nice and supportive to get the books that you want. Daily newspapers amd magazines are available. The college has an open ground and an indoor one mostly focused on cricket and football. There are many clubs active in the college. The most important ones are NSS and NCC. The students improve their skills.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is Plus Two. The admission process is online under the University of Calicut. Reservation benefits are provided by the university. There are three allotments. After get a seat approach the allotted college with your certificates and id proofs also.

It's okay , not the best , but it teaches the basic of business administration and management. It does help in real world application as in a way to manage employees, improve productivity etc, the exams were fine and kind of stressful since it's every single day

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a 3rd year BCom Taxation student. I don't think that some subjects are relevant for the course. Some subjects are not required in the future. From 5th sem onwards there is an open Course subject which we have to learn and pass the exam. The open Course subject that I have received is not based on the marks that I received in my previous semester exam. And in have to go to the office to change the subject of my like later on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dream is to become a accountant. So I choose this bcom with computer application course. The course structure was very nice and we can understand easily. In my opinion do more practicals . This course is therotically oriented which is not good when we go for a job. So it is better to give more practicals than theory sections. Main reason I hated the college was the exams. The college put the exam without any time gap which was very annoying

Placement Experience:

They are providing the best placements from other college. In the 2nd year of our course first they give training to us and then they give internship programms . And in the third year they make us ready for our placements. They provide best company placement to us. They are not looking our marks for selection but the attitude towards them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is based on accounts and marketing etc. There is required faculty to guide students with a HOD which means the head of the department. Faculty are supportive and motivated. Teaching is done through using teaching methods and other using other technologies like projectors etc. Exams are conducted every 6 months in between the 3 years.

Remarks:

Negative remark is that even though it is a womens College there no freedom for the girls. Positive remark is that the College has struct rules and regulations and hemce the students are well disciplined.

My eligibility for the course was that I have completed my higher secondary education from Kerala Board with a aggregate of 91% in Humanities group. The application is given by filling online application form available on the Calicut University official website. The application date will be available on this website. Important updates regarding each stages of application will be updated on the website. Firstly, register on the website to access application form by providing valued email Id and phone number. Then we got CAP ID and password through mail and SMS. It is necessary to keep this for follow allotments and further process of admission. After making student login by using this CAP Id and password fill the application form and submit. Select Instant Web Payment System and pay application fees and print the challan receipt. I didn't take any entrance exams. The admission process was smooth. I had 95% marks and I'm in a general category I got my seat in the trial allotment. I had no reservation I was eligible for an EWS reservation but I didn't apply for that. You can download the application form from the Calicut University website and you have to fill it out and submit it in college.
