Course Curriculum Overview
I did choose electrical engineering because of my interest in electrical systems I find it very intriguing and approaching. The student-faculty ratio is good there are faculties for everyone have doubts or wants to discuss they are very approachable. some of them are even Ph.D. holders. term exams were mostly on time anyone who studied for exams could pass them easily.
Internships Opportunities
TAP cell tries to get every student an internship with decent stipend students got internship opportunities in Oracle, cisco, and all Soft still if you are from the core branch internship opportunities are less you can get internships for sde, and analyst if start coding.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester, companies visited for my branch were BSNL, infosys, Byjus, Visa steel, L & T Construction, highest package was 40 lpa by Microsoft average stood at 5.5 lpa, about 80% of students were placed. I am planning to do MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
College reserves all rights to decrease fees and we generally observing a 5% hike from last year even though it is expensive but in relative terms it is also affordable, there were two scholarships as far I remember one Early bird scholarship second was a sibling scholarship I didn't avail any so can't inform much, getting interships here is very easy placement cell is very active and they help everyone to get the internship I preferred to building skills rather than early internships but many of my collegemates got internships with stipend 20-40k.
Campus Life
We have TIMS and Kronos as tech and technocultural fest celebrated in the months of July and Nov respectively. Almost any book which is needed will be available, classrooms are decent they can be more equipped sports and extracurricular activities are encouraged and have their space to grow. There are clubs for many activities there is also a TAP cell that helps in placement and startups.
Admission
The course was eligible for all students who got more than 50% in 12th Maths, the application form was available on the college website I got to know about the college from family and friends, I had to pay 1,000 for the application fee and 11,000 in case of registration. The admission process was pretty fluid and transparent.
