MBA intrigued me very much that is why I chose this course The course curriculum is like First Year: Core courses covering fundamentals of management like finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and strategy. Second Year: Specialization courses based on the chosen stream (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations. There are about 15-20 faculties in KSOM from IIMs, XIMB, and UTKAL University and most of them are PHD holders having 6-8 years of corporate experience. In the first year, you have to go through mid-semester and end-semester exams and in the second in we have only end semesters. The level of the exam is moderate to difficult.

All 360 students were placed for internship. Very well-established companies along with startups visited for internships with the highest stipend of 63 thousand per month I got placed in Amul as a marketing and sales intern which provides me with a hands-on experience in sales and distribution in the Bhubaneswar market of Amul beverages

The placement in our college is best more than 100 companies visit our college for placement. The average package is 9 lakhs and the highest goes to mora than 20 lakhs. Students ate eligible for placement from 3rd semester when companies start coming for recruitment. Companies like Deloitte, EY, Tvs, Hdfc, Icici, Birla, Reliance, Loreal, Ultratech, Verity and many more come to our college. 100% placement is guaranteed. My plans after getting a degree are to work in a very good MNC work for a decent number of years gaining proper experience in the corporate world then I would like to start my own business.

As of now, the total fee for 2 years MBA program is 14.9 lakhs. 1 lakh is to be paid for booking your seat. Total tuition fees for 2 years is 7.3 lakhs Hostel and mess fees are 3.4 lakhs And for Development and co-curriculum activities is 3.2 lakhs. KSOM has instituted a scholarship programme to promote meritorious students. The scholarship amounts to a 50% waiver of the tuition fees (in general MBA) for the following categories of eligible students: Top 5 students of the KIITEE Management Entrance Examination Candidates with 80 Percentile and above score in CAT/XAT (centre based/offline) Candidates with 95 Percentile and above score in MAT (Applicable for Dec MAT & Feb MAT) (centre based/offline)

The campus life at KSOM is very exciting. The campus is very beautiful it is called Krishna campus. Socializing is very important here and it is quite easy to socialize with other students as they are very open. Books are provided by the college itself. All the classrooms have smart boards and central AC. We have all the options for sports available like cricket, basketball, badminton, table tennis and many more. There are many clubs like Finance- Exchequer, Rotoract, Sanskriti, Hr club, Marketing and Business Analytics.

The hostel faculties are very cooperative and there behaviour is very good. Hostel is inside the campus only.All the room are Ac rooms which is fully furnished. They will provide pillow, bedsheet, bucket and mug. There are also option available for premium which have attached bathroom. The hostel food is good but it can me improved.

The applicant must have graduated from any university in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50%. The applicant must have obtained an overall 50% in both 10th & 12th. The applicant must also possess a current score from any national admission exam for an MBA & PGDM such as MAT/CAT/CMAT or through KIITEE which is conducted by KIIT itself. Candidates will be selected for GDPI on the basis of their scores in the above exams. I have given the MAT exam and got shortlisted for GDPI and cleared the GDPI and got selected for the MBA program
