Remarks

Education and Practical learning could be better for computer science students.They should have interact with students how tovnke your future and give some extra knowledge about how to start your own business.

Entrance Preview

I just attached my JEE result to the admission form and VOILA... I got the admission. There was no interview process. I just wanted to study more about in Computer field that's why I chose this stream.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Computer Science Stream that all I wanted. Practical Learning is not good as I expected. I don't know about the reasearch initiatives if it was held ever.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provide internship but currently I am in 3rd year so don't know about the stipend amount and experience.

Placement Experience

Placement is good and about 60-70% students placed each year. No major companies visited like TCS and WIPRO. Other companies gives average package of nearly 3-4lacs.

College Events

Every college has its own fests and our too. Our college organise muqabla, Insignia, coding challenges etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

It about 72000 INR but students can get admissions if they have some source then they can get concessions also. Students can pay in two installments firstly 60% and then 40%.

Fees and Financial Aid

Madhya Pradesh government provides scholarships to students and other states too to their students. Yes,college helps for the approval of loan.

Campus Life

Our college is good in extracurriculars. It gives chance to every student to participate in events.

Hostel Facilities

I never lived in hostel but there rooms are sharing. They don't have PGs and they charge about ₹50000 per student for 1 year or the whole session.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes I am in contact with some alumni but 1st year students are kept away from their seniors in case of ragging. Yes, they guide students by taking seminars.

Exam Structure

Labs are good but if we spend longer time in lab,it starts giving pain in the butt. Exams are only for 3 hours which passes at the speed of bullet.

Faculty

We don't have faculties from IIT or NIIT. They all teach good on bookish level. They all are post graduated and some are Ph.D holders.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I can choose this collage because of my friend recommendation because it was a patel group of science and technology. An Affordable college without placement

The fees of this college is very less. Affordability is one of the main reason for choosing this course also i am getting computer science branch.
