Remarks

College is good.Campus is good. Labs are well equipped.College campus is too large. Library is well maintained with high speed internet.

Entrance Preview

I was preparing for iit jee and mains but i got 139 marks in mains and i landed up here. College intake students on the basis of jee mains and 12 th performance. I choose BE here in MINING branch because i mainly interested on core jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually i chosen this course as this is the best branch of this college and the placements are 100 percent in this branch from this college only. If we talk about practical learning then i would like to tell you that this college is among one of the three colleges in India which have their own ventilated mines. As i mention that this is the first engineering college of rajasthan ,many alumni of this college are presently working at very high posts and serving country.

Placement Experience

See in my branch(mining) placement is 100% .VEDANTA,CIL,TCS are recruiting companies. Avg package for mining is 5 lakh.

College Events

See i am new here so yet i doesn't attend any fest. But i listen that it organised a good fests.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fees was totally affordable like my own fees for two semester is 40000(for GAS) 70000(for SFS) i personally belong to GAS category.

Hostel Facilities

I currently living in a pg and i am paying 6000 rs per month. Food is good,not very bad or very good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, in alumni hall there is proper interaction with alumni. Last month we met PK gautam(2013 batch) and he interacts with us.

Exam Structure

Here labs are very interesting such that i never feel tired or getting bored.

Teachers are too much experienced and very interactive also. Rumors are there that government colleges doesn't have good teachers and not taking class regularly but all this is fake. They are very cool and ready for doubt solving.

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

Mbm university reality

The other colleges I applied for skit and I got computer science there but it is next round I got MBM at I choose MBM because of the low fees and the eliminating eliminary network of MBM is very very strong also I applied for NIT but I am not eligible for NIT the admission process of my colleges simple you have to apply in the MBM through reef counselling and when you get selected you have to the submit your document share....Read More

I got a College is jossa which is Mizoram University, I was getting ece branch in that college. I chose MBM because 1. The college is much closer to me. 2. You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
