Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Diploma in Food Production & Bakery. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10. The faculty is a very experienced chef, worked in many countries, and undergone a course in teaching. I am satisfied with the teaching. Since I doing my Diploma, it's only one term exam at the end of 6 Months.
Internships Opportunities
The college also provides internship opportunities in France, through student visas & in Australia through the 407 visas. Students have the chance to gain valuable international experience in renowned culinary settings through these programs.
Placement Experience
I love the placement opportunities my college provides. Many of my friends have been placed in France, and I had a chance to work there too. However, due to family commitments, I couldn't go. Nevertheless, my dream is to open a pastry shop in Hyderabad. I believe in the city's potential and its growing food culture. With the skills I've gained from college, I'm excited to pursue my entrepreneurial journey right here.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure is 95,000 for my Diploma Course, and the cost to study is nice. Since it's a food industry & service-based, most of the focus is on practicals. There are no scholarships, but discounts are given.
Campus Life
The good and engaging atmosphere on the campus. Strong sense of community among students. There are opportunities to interact and collaborate with fellow aspiring chefs. Well-equipped kitchens for practical training. Modern resources and equipment to enhance the learning experience are there. There are opportunities to showcase culinary skills at various events and food festivals.
Admission
The admission process is good, Front office was very helpful in smooth admission. There are no Reservation benefits since it's a Technical skill development College. If possible need some more theory classes Initially before practicals.
