Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the course as I want to make my career in management like BBA and MBA from my hometown with preparation for competitive exams. Student to faculty ratio is 20:1, Some of the faculty were PHD's and the rest one are pg holders only. Exams are easy to clear, conduction of exams are on a regular basis like 2 internal exams per semester were there.
Placement Experience
From the final year itself, students are able to eligible for campus placements and the GDP and test rounds start. Companies like Guardian, Tommy Hilfger, byjus, jaro education, etc visit. Overall 30 companies approx visit the campus each year. The profile is of sales domain mainly but few hr and other roles as well The highest I guess around 5.2 LPA is there and the lowest is 1.8lpa as far as I know. If you opt for placement there is the surety that you'll get placed as not a hundred percent of students opt for the same but the majority will be get placed. I will pursue MBA from another good top school after this BBA from VICT.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is very high compared to other colleges in the hometown. Other colleges have 35-40k per year but here it's 70k per year which is not worth paying. The scholarship is not provided by the institute but they fill up the forms of Student who belongs to any reserved category for state scholarship programs also if you are able to secure a rank in the university exams then you will be rewarded with some amount like top 3 toppers will be rewarded with 10k, 7k,5k each year on the course. I got two times 5k waiting for this time fingers crossed.
Campus Life
Life on campus is pretty good lots of fun was there like a good cricket ground, basketball court, and other marketing club and finance club activities also there so there is good campus life if you want to take. All the books have to be issued from Library for a certain time period regularly there is no issue with that but the fact is that your fees should be clear otherwise a bit of an application procedure is there. Classes are very big but there is no ac or cooler in that but the projector is there in every classroom. Sports are for those who want to play there are very few students who play sports this area is a bit inactive Yes, colleges hold Instagram and Facebook which are run by students and professors.
Admission
The college is great when it comes to infrastructure and also students who are interested in taking part in extracurricular activities are considered to be disciplined and bright ones. There is no extra support from them for careers ahead. Yes if you're a good student then (academically) then you may get plenty of off preparing for the competitive exams. Placement wise lots of companies visit the campus but 98-99% will provide only a sales role with a CTC of 2.5 to 4.5 lpa per annum. There is no industrial exposure or industrial visit from the management department. Overall if your percentage is too low and you have decent money to spend then you can consider this college. According to me, it's a 5th-year college.
