there is a big playground for students as well as a big cricket ground
teaching staff is very great in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

this course is my choice because I wanted to become an electrician. there are 15 students for 1 teacher at 1:15, they are highly qualified and have phd in their own fields. the term exams are taken every 3 months and they are quite difficult to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Placement Experience

from 5th to 6th-semester students become eligible for placements. kelly service India, Adecco India. microsoft, tata, google, Skoda, Mahindra, and package are about 30to40 lakh per year. about 75% of students get placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

fee hike means the further exclusion of common students from education it is nothing but backdoor privatization of institute. where the students have to bear the cost of their education and the government is withdrawing from responsibility. there are scholarships like EBC, EWS, TFWS, panjabrao Deshmukh.

Campus Life

annual fee is 1500 and tech fest is about 500. there are all books are available in the library, benches, artificial blackboard, fans,ac, and windows. annual day, tech fest, gaming competition, cricket, tennis, and volleyball.

Admission

Students should have above 80% in the 10th or 12th class. there are sign boards for application forms and application fees or dates. I want to see an improvement in the admission process is nothing but should have more chairs to sit in.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
