Remarks

Yes college is very much disciplined but they should focus on sports and extracurricular activities.

Entrance Preview

I go through there with the marks of AIEEE which is 115 in the year 2010.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come like wipro,Infosys etc and and a average package of 1.8 lakh is offered.

Placement Experience

3.5

About 90 percent students got the job in various companies in companies like hcl, wipro etc. With a satisfactory package.

College Events

3.5

Festivals are being celebrated deliberately especially 15th August and 26 January and many programs happen like cultural dance, singing etc quite a number of students participate in programs in different festival.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any scholarships but I did my study with loan from a bank.

Campus Life

Campus life is good teachers were supportive and gender ratio is also very good about 60:40 there is not so good opportunity for extracurricular activities but pressure for study is more. Debate may happen sometimes.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I will rate hostel 3 star fees 2 star and mess also 3 star hostel and mess food is not so good and very simple.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

It is not a very old college in fact established after year 2000 so not very much popular alumni but yes senior students are quite supportive and helpful. They will teach you to be frank and bold and express your views and I have quite a good experience with them.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

DRIEMS UNIVERSITY review after 5 year of frustrating experience legacy will be continued ????....

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.
