Women college

Quite a nice college if you are looking for an all girls institution. Green campus. No smoking. And a peaceful environment. College also started new student incubation centre and day care for female teacher kids. Nice campus. Cool hostel life. Some rules. But what is the fun without rules.

One can get admission through JEE Mains, REAP, and there is also a policy of direct admission (applicable when admission process is almost over and seats are left). When I got admission there was this examination conducted named RPET though they don't conduct this exam anymore. You just have to write any of these above given exams and clear the cut off and you will be eligible for the entrance. Obviously, one has to write their 12th exam, these are the mere conditions for getting admission. After giving RPET, they released a list in which I got this college. No interview was taken. You just have to carry admission fees when you go. My love for Maths lead my towards B.tech.

I choose electronics and communication as my department. Firstly, because I got this as in the list RPET declares and also because of the placements if this branch were highest. Do not believe on the practical learning. As the college is affiliated by Rajasthan Technical University only focus is on how to pass in the exams without any backlogs. There are faculties doing PhD and some under which we can do research. Course is already selected by the institution you are not given the option of elective subjects.

No internships provided. One has to suffer by self. You have to do training from recognized government or psu or private body. Some get stipend on there abilities.

Bad. Hardly, 10%. But from this year onwards training and placement cell is trying to get more placements and till date 65 are placed In 2017 year in Bosch, capegemini , IBM etc companies and highest package is 7.5 lac. Till date

Cool events . Epistemico culture fest, taksh sports fest and technical fest conducted every year.

When I got admission the total fees was rs 63550 and hostel fees was rs 38000. As a government institution and only girls college fees should be less as we cannot see the Right use of our fees. however, the hostel fee has raised by this semester and the new fees is rs 42000. In hostel cooler charges are RS 900 per room irrespective of the people staying in the room. There are scholarships for students who can not afford. But none for general cast students.

Several scholarship and loans are there Merit cum means for minority and pragati for girls and other too . College supports and also helps for getting loans I have been getting mcm for 3 consecutive years. For that min 60 % marks in the last semester and one has to be a minority with annual income less than 1.5 or 2 lac per year

Yes I did. I found out I am a brilliant manager while Conducting fests and marathons and other events.

I was a hostelite and when I got admission they kept 6 people in a room though now 4 or 3 people are there now. None of the rooms are single, only possiblity of you having a single room is when all of your roommates leaves the room and you must pray no other student is looking for a room. They provide a bed, a cupboard, a table and a chair. All the other things are to taken and Carried by yourself. I paid 38000 till 3 years and fee hiked and new fee is 42000 per year for cooler charges are 900 per month. Food is you can imagine of a hostel, But I am lucky to have a nice mess with decent food. There are 4 different hostels having all different mess.

Last year onwards aluminium meet has started. It has not been long since the college started this year it completed 10 years so Network is not so big but quite good actually.

Chill culture. Even fun labs and exams. No need to take any stress you'll learn as you are in the process of becoming an engineer. You may feel tired by seeing girls all day long( I felt ) .

The teaching staff I would say is rather less as it should be. The guest faculties are more. The educational qualification of faculties are B.Tech, Mtech and some are PhD. They are teaching in the college since when it started i.e. 2007 and are quite experienced. Interaction of teachers depends on their nature and mood. Some just come and teaches and some always teaches. But overall we can say that better teacher and teaching as company to other rtu government colleges.
