Course Curriculum Overview

I preferred the course because higher education is necessary to go for the academic/teaching field with a higher pay scale. The faculty and student ratio in our college is 1:4, all faculties are very experienced and well-qualified.

Internships Opportunities

The internship program is available in college, outside also student can do. It is treated as an extra semester for which students pay fees. The internship is held their multi-specialty " SRM GLOBAL HOSPITAL".

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are fixed for every academic year, with no changes, exam and registration fees separately need to pay, and can get scholarships from private organizations and govt. too. But the college does not provide any scholarship to pg students for my academic year, I am very sure about it.

Campus Life

Fest is available every year, books and many international journals are available in the library, classrooms are good and big in size, and sports and extracurricular activities are there. The college organizes an event every year which is called "ROM" the physio run.

Admission

BPT with 50% is the eligibility for admission in MPT, there is an entrance test held every year in the month of June-July, either through online or offline mode. You have to appear in this exam and if you pass as per the merit list and seat availability you can get selected.

Placement Experience:

Students from their final semester will be eligible for campus placements. I don't know about the companies visited as I have not been to a campus placement interview. Students getting placed will be around 10%.

Worth it, Best College to persue MPT Sports Physiotherapy

Placement Experience:

According to sources and placements we have faced, placement in SRM College of Physiotherapy for MPT here is quite less. We have some NGOs, Private firms, and organizations who hire from around the corner of the world like the USA, Oman, & India. The frequency of recruitments is very very less yet qualitative. The average salary offered for BPT is 2.5 LPA and for MPT is 3.5 LPA for India. Salaries for other countries are not yet revealed.

Employment is provided sometimes by the recommendation of mentors, guides and staff. Some also get placement services. The percentage is not fixed it depends upon vacancy. As per vacancy the students depending on merit or extracurricular activities are selected

Worth it, Best College to persue MPT Sports Physiotherapy

The admission process starts in April end of every year and stretches till September. The admission brochure and forms will be available only on SRMIST official website. Once filling out the admission form worth 1200/-, the admission procedure starts. Upload all the necessary documents in the portal of admission and wait for an entrance exam. The entrance exam is a must. After that, if you clear the entrance exam, the admission cell will intimate you via mail for a personal interview. In an interview, they will assess further and course selection choice will be mentioned. The admission process is hassle-free and smooth.
