Likes

Most of the faculties are well experienced in teaching as well as in industry.
KVIMIS has a good infrastructure with well equipped classrooms, lab, library, gym etc.
KVIMIS provides lots of opportunity for students in terms of internships and placements.

Dislikes

As a student of KV, I didn't find anything negative about my Institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the faculties have very good experience in teaching as well as in industry. So it is very helpful for students to get practical knowledge. As usual, the course consists of four semesters and the last semester will be for the project.

Fees and Financial Aid

KVIMIS is one of the best B-School in Coimbatore where we can complete an MBA with the least fee. The fee structure consists of 65,000 per semester. The college helps students to get educational loans from banks. Apart from that KVIMIS has a strong placement cell. So, it is very helpful for students to get placed.

Campus Life

Classrooms are well equipped with good facilities. Books and international journals are available at the library. Apart from the curriculum, KVIMIS is also focused on extra curriculum activities with the help of various clubs like marketing club, stock market club, ED cell, women's cell etc.

Any ug graduate can apply for admission. Application forms can be found on the official website of kvimis. Those who are interested to get admission to KV Institute, need to fill application form by paying 300 rupees.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is round and bounded, including all necessary details and information. The easiest subject for me is INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS taken by Srinivasan sir. The exam details are as follows CAT1, CAT2, MODEL EXAMINATION and END SEMESTER EXAMINATION. CAT1 & CAT2 is of 50 marks each of 1½ hrs. MODEL EXAMINATION is of 100 of 3hrs. END SEMESTER EXAMINATION is of 100 of 3hrs.

Structured comfort and seafaring discipline.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement offered by our college. The students are eligible for internship form the 3rd semester. Only 2 students from the batch gets the opportunity to avail placement. My plan is to work as logistics manager or freight forwarder in a reputed company.

Placement Experience:

The college provides excellent placement opportunities. As MBA is only a 2 year course, we can attend placements in the second year only. Many companies come for placements. Some of them are ICICI Bank, ICICI securities, Federal Bank, ITC, Coca-Cola, Amul , Ujjivan small finance Bank and so on. 70 percent of the students will get placed. If not placed, we can try placements offline or if we have any business idea we can start a business too.
