Any person who is not ready to change himself for the betterment of his career and personality should not opt for this college because this college have some disciplinary rules that'll enhance its student managers.

I took mat exam and scored 95 percentile. I opted for bimhrd because i wanted to add and enhance discipline in my life.

When we came here we were given a warm and nice welcome through the management. We had our induction period for two months. We learnt a lot from that period and then applied all the learning into our academics. The curriculum is perfect for and mba aspirant to groom himself.

Bimhrd is famous for placements and internships. We get internships from companies which later also provide us pre-placement offers. Stipend goes from about 8000 to 25000

As mentioned above by me, most of our students get pre placement offer through their internship companies itself. Otherwise if they dont want to work in that particular company they can also sit for placements where about 500 companies come from time to time.

We celebrate every festival in our college. Started from lori, makar sankranti, pongal, holi, baisakhi, eid, diwali, dussehra christmas and much more other festival. We have ayyaswami cup during our induction time, then we have mini ayyaswami cup during freshers party. We also have other cultural events such as drishti cup.

We are having value for money, i must say much more value for our money. We are getting a good return on investment since the college spends a lot on our daily curriculum, festivals, events,etc. And also we get about approx. 6.5 lacs to 13.5lacs placement package, and that is a good return for 7.5 lac fee structure.

Our college has tie ups with banks such as punjab national bank, state bank of India, hdfc etc. For loan and other services.

Sri balaji society is a place for opportunities. Our mentor and president of the college, our beloved bala sir says every problem creates an opportunity within itself. For this purpose, we have 'n' number of events going on in our college where students can participate and improve their skills, confidence level etc. We have about 4 to 5 marketing presentations throughout our degree program. We have different type of cultural/ sports events such as ayyaswami cup, drishti cup etc.

We feel much safe in the hostel. Specially for girls. We have 3 common mess that provide delicious, hygienic and all types of food, north Indian and south Indian both. So the hostel students get full opportunity to eat good and maintain good health for themselves.

We have a separate department that deals with alumni affairs. Our college has a wonderful network in the market since we have taken care of our alumni and recognized them.

We have surprise tests whose marks are recorded and added into the total assessment. Then we have finals. We get regular tests to check our regular learning. So we need to learn everything on the go and we dont have pressure during the final exams as we learn it on the go.

I REGISTERED FOR THE ADMISSION PROCESS. THEN I WAS ASKED TO COME FOR GD/PI. WHERE I WAS ASKED WITH OTHER STUDENTS TO WRITE AN ESSAY THEN WE WERE ASKED TO SIT PERSONNEL INTERVIEW, THEN FOR GD AND THEN WE WERE GIVEN ALL THE SCORES CLEARLY. I OPTED FOR BIMHRD BECAUSE IT IS KNOWN FOR ITS PLACEMENTS AND DISCIPLINE.

We have both internal and visiting faculties. Internal faculties are well educated and understand and also help us to understand the curriculum of the college. We have the best visiting faculty from all over the pune, Maharashtra and even other parts of the state. Each of the visiting faculty members is highly trained whether in academics or industry.
