A very safest college atmosphere for women and also a very neat and clean environment. The ratio is 1:20 this is just enough to study in the college. The teacher's teaching methods are also very creative and understandable. There is no need to worry about the exams and passing.

The cost is very much considerable. there is no need to worry about the fees because even a poor family student can easily get the opportunity to study at this college. There are lots of scholarships for students in college eg. Minority Scholarship.

There are plenty of books in Libra you can get your desired book and sports and extracurricular activities are very less. There are lots of social groups and clubs run by students eg. Environmental club.

Admission

A normal score in the 12th public exam is enough for eligibility for the course & you will get all the application details on the college's official website & I don't know about the reservation there is no need to improve the process of admission. everything in the admission process is just fine and good.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples.
