Course Curriculum Overview

2 sessionals are taken and each end semester exams are held by aktu. The faculties are helpful. If you study from the teacher's notes then you can absolutely clear the semester exams otherwise people get backlogs and then it becomes difficult to clear them all.

Class Size: 11Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The whole year's fees are to be submitted at the year's start. The annual fee is 80000. The students who come after giving the aktu entrance exam only get the scholarship, the people who get admitted themselves directly don't get the scholarship. The campus recruitment is not up to the mark.

Campus Life

There are no fests in the college and classes are strictly followed from Monday to Saturday. Books are available from the library for each semester. There are no extra curriculum activities held on the college campus but there are often webinars and workshops conducted.

Admission

Since it is a private institute, If you are eligible for your branch/ department you can directly apply to it and also if you have given Aktu entrance then will surely get a scholarship, otherwise, if you get directly into it you won't be eligible for the scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
