Remarks
The principal is kinda good. Teachers lack experience but make it up for it by being like friends with students
Entrance Preview
I was listed for this college after I cleared my SSC. Gave an interview and got selected . I got 64% in SSC. May be that's the reason they selected me
Internships Opportunities
I was a bcom student and had no interest in getting into that side of the business. I also had decided to pursue my MBA from another college so didn't inquire.
Placement Experience
I heard is there were a few call center companies who would reach out to them for placement. But I think that is something that doesn't fit the course so I'm guessing it wouldn't count. That's about it for this
College Events
Yeah we mostly celebrated independence day and teachers and the normal stuff. Nothing special here. We also I had I think was the annual day. They would have a lot of sports activities that day. If one thing you should know about abeda inamdar is they have a really beautiful ground and they would hold all these activities there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Not quite feasible . but compared to other colleges like wadias and Poona college it's almost double. Its because its a private college( not sure about this but the fees is double that is for sure)
Fees and Financial Aid
As I mentioned before most of the courses here are feasible. They do provide loans I think but then again I never needed 1 as my fees was quite reasonable and could have paid it 2 installments
Campus Life
Campus life is good. The college has places where you can hangout and all. Talking about gender ratio its 70:30. 70 being male. The extracurricular activities are in full swing because they have an amazing ground and you have to use it somewhere don't you. I don't think race or religion is quite an issue here but as everyone knows this is a Muslim college so some people might feel out of place here. Stress on some. There were a lot of people of other religion who studied with me and as far as I could tell they never faced any problems so that's that
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are the best. They'll help you understand how things work in the college and all. Only once have I interacted with them and it was a pleasurable experimental
Exam Structure
They are pretty chilled out I think . This has to do with the principal I believe. They have a very good structure when it comes to exam they don't pressure you into it like most colleges do. So to put it in simple terms its student centric
Admission
Filled out a form. Met the principal who took an interview which lasted for about 15 minutes. Next day got a call from the assistant to the principal that I have been selected and I should come down and meet them. So at around twelve or twelve thirty I reached abeda inamdar college and spoke to the principal. After speaking to him he advised me of the dress code ( the uniform) and everything . including the shoes the tie and how it had to be purchased from the college selected vendor . the uniform turned out to be pretty expensive . like five to Six times more expensive then normal.
Faculty
When we talk about teachers at the abeda inamdar school I'll give them a neutral score. They may or may not have been qualified but even if they were it didn't show. I guess it was just the lack of experience which anyone could tell but otherwise okayish
