Review of my college

Management is not so strong. But if they want they can cure all the problem regarding placement and academic knowledge

I have given Wbjee. My Rank was 27542 in 2010. Because i want to do engineering in core branch and electrical engineering is the mother of core branches.

Course material is more than enough to go for research but you have to learn it very well and do the lab with full attention and you have to give your 100% to get the proper and deep knowledge other wise it is not sufficient to go for research. Means lots of students pass engineering every year but very few are going for research due to lack of knowledge

Yes they can provide but u wouldn't get stipend. It is for just a vocational training type.

There are too many small companies are coming every year. And they offer very less students and package is also very small. In my batch out of 350 students only approx 50 are placed in on campus selection. Mechanical India. And many more small companies had come for campus selection

There are so many events like fest, annual sports , welcome party, fresher party, annual day, independence day, Republic day, viswakarma puja, saraswati puja, teachers day, farewell party for seniors. So you can enjoy your full engineering life here

It is expensive every sem i had pay 35k and other exam fees and other small contribution for functions and party. It means it is of 8 sems total i had paid approx 3.2 lack in 4 years so it is expensive and it is advance fee means you have to pay your sem fee before starting the new sem

West Bengal offer a scholarship facility to caste wise you can avail it on fill the form through online in oasis.in it is the website through which a small amount like 5 to 15 k is coming in account directly in the name of scholarship

Campus life is very good and enjoyable. And gender ratio is 35 girls on 100 boys. Extracurricular activities are also very applicable in this college like cricket volleyball badminton. Sports also done every year and science or technical exhibitions also done every year

Hostel is good but not like a 5 start hotel like other private engineering colleges but according to hostel the hostel fee is reliable and mess is also good and food is good in the mesh. And you can get WiFi and broad band connection in the hostel and other all indoor outdoor games and a common tv

Seniors or alumni not so help full because they are struggling in their life too. And no one have time now to think for others. So its better to do your best and get the job with your own

Exam structure is very easy you can get more than enough marks easily. And it is a semester wise exams so there are so many labs and theory exam but don't be afraid. It is very easy the college will help you to get the good marks so just chill out and use your free time to prepare for government jobs

I fill up the wbjee form which every year come on December or January. It was offline but now i think it is online. And after getting the rank in wbjee online counselling will done on the basis of rank after that the college will be allotted to you. And you should visit the college with in the give schedule and you have to do necessary procedure like form fill up document verification and so on

In this college you can find many faculties in electrical engineering branch. And they are good qualified as per their degree but not so experienced for practical and laboratory. And as per my opinion it is the college for collecting good marks with less pressure. And you have time for preparing government job exam if you are interested and want to use your free time other wise you just waste your time their.
