Wonderful college Life

No bad remarks about my college. Am very much happy and feel proud for completing the degree in this college.

I joined college through management quota. My GPA is 7.3/10. I opted this college as this comes under SRM banner.

The course structure was really good which helped me a lot to learn and explore a lot on my core subject. I could learn a lot of new technologies from semester 1 to 8. At final semester, we did a mini project on our own through all the leanings we got from semester 1 to 7.

We did our internship on cloud computing. This happened in Chennai. We took up the intern at kaashiv infotech.

The placement cell did a good job bringing lot of companies to campus and almost every candidate was given chance to attend the interview and many cleared and got through the process. And finally many were placed in good companies including me. I really appreciate the word done by management.

Right from first year we conducted symposiums and workshops every year. Management bring lots of experienced staffs and trainers from outside to enhance and develop our knowledge. Every year we get to know lot of things and we learn both by doing and listening.

the fee structure was feasible and no extra fee was collected from us for entire four years of time. The lab fees, uniform, books, and other stationary were given at a nominal rate and training fee and teaching fee were also nominal. no extra fee was collected from us during the academic year 2010 to 2014.

Loan facility is provided and that was a very good initiative. Students can get loan for zero interest and pay it back within given period of time. i did not take any loan during my four year of study.

The campus was really good , the infrastructure was nice and we had good environment through out. Other than labs and class rooms we had very good play ground. Overall the entire college infra was outstanding and we had a peaceful college days for four years of time.

I was a day scholar for all four years of my college life. but I have asked my friends about the infra and food in our college hostel. it was a delicious food provided by the management and the rooms given to students were of high standards. Other than that snacks and drinks were provided to students daily.

Am the first set of my college so I do not have any senior people. our batch was the first pass out from college. The special and lucky batch.

The exam structure was really nice. We had exams happening on regular schedules. The lab exam schedules were put up in correct intervals and we had enough time to do and learn things. this developed our coding knowledge and helped us to learn all advanced languages.

I filled the admission form and selected my core department. The Process went on for a week and i joined college by 2 months time. Meanwhile I got all necessary things from the admission room including college bus, uniforms, etc..

All the faculties were nice in making us understand all the concepts and theories. Blessed to have teaching staffs like I had. Other that academic side, I could learn a lot on my personal grooming and behavior too. Finally I molded myself to a good engineer at the end of all 8 semesters.
