My College Experience : A journey of personal and academic growth

I choose this course because I am very interested in computers and I chooses it to begin my journey. The faculty is just good not very good I would rate them 6 out of 10 especially the faculty of Information Technology. Faculties are post-graduated most of them have completed MTech. and others have MCA or any other master's degree. The whole course is divided into 3 years and each year is separated into 2 semesters. One semester is of 6th month and the semester exams are not hard they are of moderate level one can easily qualify and score good marks.

Students are flexible to sit and grab for placements after completion of the 4th semester. Companies that arrive on campus are the local software-developing companies of Lucknow. In IT the highest package is around 1.2 - 1.8 LPA. The average package is 60000 per hour. The percentage of students getting placement is between 65%-80% I am planning to go for a bachelor's after this degree course.

The fee for Diploma in IT course is 26,410Rs/- per year. Candidates can easily get a scholarship from the UP Scholarship scheme. The bad thing about this scholarship is that there is very less chance of getting a full scholarship in this course specially because this is a self-financed course. Job is completely based on skills if have very strong skills you can upto 30k per month package usually one or no one can grab these packages in a batch and talk about college placement if your concepts/skills are decent then college can easily provide you the job of 4k-8k per month stipend,

Books related to semester examinations or related to course structure are easily available in the library. Classes are equipped with cameras and the college is equipped with Wi-Fi in each different zone. The college organizes annual sports for sports & extracurricular activities on campus. No social groups or clubs for students are run by students except WhatsApp groups.

For taking admission to Hewett Polytechnic Lucknow or in basically any polytechnic college that of the Board of technical education U.P. one has to appear in the examination of JEECUP. There are 2 ways to get admission into it either after the 10th standard or after the 12th standard. It takes 3 years and 2 years for taking admission after the 10th and 12th respectively. Students after the 12th can direct get admission in the 2nd year which is also called lateral entry. Talking about the eligibility criteria of this course you must have passed the 10th standard with a minimum of 35% aggregate marks. One can easily find and fill up the application form on the official site of JEECUP( jeecup.admissions.nic.in ). The registration process for this exam usually starts in the first week of March and ends in the first week of May. Admit cards are usually issued in mid of May. Exams are taken in June. The admission process is already very smooth.
