About college life

The college is a Good place to kearn but not qorth the money. It lacks extra curricular activities. It is a good place to learn.

The admission takes place through 12th board examination scores. Iopted for this college because it is near my hometown and and has is a good Deemed University. Birla Institute of Technology is a good brand name and this was the reason why i selected this college for admission.

It is 3 years full time course. There are two projects in the 5th and 6th semester. Students can choose 2 specializations as the college provides a dual degree specialization course. Students can choose form marketing, human resource or finance. The subjects are divided only in the last semester.

The college does not provide any internship or any such opportunity. We need to do the projwct in the fifth and the aixt semester bases on the research work and conducting aurveys on our own.

Only a few companies visit the college for BBA placements. There is a lack of placement opportunity and most of the studwnts do not opt for placement and are going for furthur studies or preparing for some othwr exams. But for students who really want to get placed there are 4-5 companies visiting every year.

There are college socities in our college which conduct there events every semester. There are fun events and quizes. There are like mini fests of the college. There are also ngo's which work in our college campus and students can volunteer in those ngo's if they want to.

The fees structure increaces every year. It varies from 50000 - 70000 per semester. The fees is a bit high in accordance to the facilities provided by the college. The college does not has any hostel accommodation but students can find a lot of private accommodation facilities in the area.

I dont think there is any such facility provided by the college but there are free books for bpl, obc ,st and sc students​. Who can get free books from the college for their studies.

The gender ratio in the college is equal. 100 boys nd 100 girla are taken evwry year far the bba program. There is not much of extra curricular activities. Students can go for aisac internships which offer internships during summer and winter breaks. There are some sports eventa for boys

There is no college hostel but the hostels and pg's near by the college are really nice. With good food and a good atmosphere. Students need not worry about accommodation as there are a lot of hostels near by which are safe and well equipted. Good hostels are available at a varying range of 6000 - 10000

There is no such alumni network of the college but there several Facebook groups which have all the alumni's of the college. There is no such official alumni network of the college.

There are two exams in a particular semester in a year. The mid semester exam which is of 25 marks and the final exam which is of 60 marks rest of the 15 marks is based on the class assignment. There is one comuter lab paper in every semester in the first and the 2nd year.

We need to apply online for the college mentioning our 10th and 12th marks and the college comes up with lists . There are approximately 4-5 lists. Based on the pecentage of marks scored by students. Students having acored above 70% marks in their board exams have a fair chance to be selected.

The faculty of the college for management is really nice. They are good at teaching the subjects and are helpful. Few teachers are really well experienced and are really good at the subjects and help the students in a lot of ways. Some subject teachers are not as good it is a mixed ratio
