i took admission on the basis of diploma mark. direct second year. for first year admissions 12th science and JEE score is considered for the admissions.

this branch is combination of mechanical and textile. and college having big laboratories and so many machines are in full working conditions. imported and latest technology machines are available in college.and laboratories are well maintained. laboratories can be used for studies and no restrictions for use of laboratories.

so many cultural functions are celebrated in DKTE, because college having 400 year old palace. gudhi padava is the first cultural function celebrated with early morning 4am. diwali. and in in annual function traditional day is celebrated. Ganesh chaturthi also celebrated. and so many maharashtian functions are celebrated. so many technical persons are come for guest lectures.

the fees are bit expensive than other normal engineering colleges in Maharashtra. but the college giving more time for paying the fees. because so many students are belong to poor and average familes and college also supporting them by providing more time. for a year nearly 1,25000 fees without scholarship. if the student get consesion according to government polices then the amount will be lesser

caste base scholarship provide by the college. only we need to provide the required documents. for SC/NT/VJDT - 0% tutions and development fees, SBC -0% tution fees, OBC- 50% tution fees. and for OPEN caste EBC facility is provided for students having family income below 100000, 50% tution fees refunded to their bank accounts

campus is having old palace and looking very great, friendly atmosphere no restrictions by the faculties. average in college boys and girls ratio is same but the department wise it changes. because of the department choice by the boys and girls. computer, Information technology, fashion technology, electronics branch is most preferred by girls and expects this preferred by boys.

college having girls hostel in campus. and boys hostels are two. one is near to the college and other one 2km from college. for that hostel college provided a bus. and there is no restrictions on outside food. for many mess providing food to the hostel. college canteen also provide meal. but is up to

this college is now autonomous and the new exam structure is so good than the shivaji university structure, semester pattern exams are conducted in winter - December and summer - May. yearly 2 semester. and one repeater exam conducted after summer exam result in june. this repeater exam is very important to prevent from year lose.

i was completed in diploma in mechanical, and took provisional admission for mechanical in DKTE. in that period i know about textiles and the different branches. and i took admission for textile plant engineering. in Maharashtra central admission process is conducted by dte. through dte process i got admission.

most of the faculties having industrial experience along with the teaching experience. facaulties are doing project with the students and helping them for publishing the research paper and review papers in indian and in international journals. so many faculties having good teaching experience.
