Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology is the Institute where every student aspirants dream to walk through. And it has been standing on people's expectations with its excellent faculties and facilities.

Entrance Preview

I wrote JEE Advance exam. I opted For engineering course, In order to be employed in industries. Admission procedure was quite easy when compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was pretty standard for an bachelors degree. We used to have design courses in each semester, with electives from engineering. I personally chose courses related to economics and coding as separate electives as I was interested in them.

Internships Opportunities

It used to be by choice. In the 4 years of my study, I interned with 3 different companies and the general stipend was around 10,000 to 20,000 per month. I worked with an innovative companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes. Merit-cum-means scholarship - 100% of fee is returned. I got it for the entire 4 years. One has to submit family income and should also be scoring more than 7 CGPA.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. As alumni, we still keep in touch with our department juniors and help them whenever they need us. It helps in jobs and all too.

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.
