Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as it provides ample opportunities for an agricultural graduate, better than any other post-graduation. Guest faculties from the best premiere B-Schools come to teach students on the campus. The course is on a trimester-based pattern.
Placement Experience
CCS NIAM has offered 100% placement since its inception. Top Agri giants come every year to NIAM for its talent pool. Companies like EY, GT, NDDB, UPL, and BASF are some of many. The average placement is 11.5 Lakh and the highest is 15.5 lakh. International placement offers around 82 lakhs INR.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of studying at CCS NIAM is very student - friendly and the best part about it is outstanding ROI compared to other B-schools of the same domain. The two-year cost comes down to around 7 lakh including the hostel and food. Excellent students are provided the opportunity of scholarship from EXIM Bank.
Campus Life
Life in NIAM is outstanding with a diverse cultural scenario which is the reason that every festival from all backgrounds is celebrated here with utmost enthusiasm. The infrastructure is fantastic with new buildings and classrooms. There are a lot of committees for extracurricular growth and development. Various social media handles of many clubs of NIAM can be found on various social media platforms.
Hostel Facilities
CCS NIAM has a residential programme. Room is very well accommodated with geysers, coolers, heaters, study table, bed, almirah, pillows. Water coolers are available on every floor. The food is decent.
Admission
The admission process occurs on basis of the CAT score. Applicants from an agriculture background are preferred but other course candidates can apply as well. The selection process is followed by a GD and PI process and candidates are selected on that basis.
Interview Experience
The selection process is rigorous including GD, PI, and essay writing. Topics generally revolve around agriculture and current affairs. One can prepare for these rounds by daily reading newspapers and Agri journals.
