Remarks

PIMSR,Pune will always have a special place as I made friends for life. We all cherish our memories of PIMSR,Pune whenever we get together. Seeing dreams coming true which we saw at Pillai institute of management studies & research is always a pleasure.

I had a brief idea of what to expect at PIMSR when I made my decision to enroll here rather than many other institutes closer to home. An esteemed Business School, It has given me an opportunity to learn from highly qualified and dynamic individuals imparting knowledge to and developing the skills of decidedly motivated and enthusiastic students from diversified cultures and backgrounds.

Course Curriculum Overview

In synchronization with the reputation of a strong brand and a crafted ‘value based education model’, the course structure is well planned and paced in accordance with classical and innovative teaching strategies preparing students for real time situation handling. Students are encouraged to be self-motivated and given opportunities to interact with field specialists

Also, you learn as much from the other people in the room as you do from the lectures, and the combination of the two together can result in profound insights. Collectively, there’s a vast amount of practical wisdom and the value that people have to contribute is unbelievable

We had great and experienced faculties both Regular and visiting at that time especially in finance. Infrastructure, administration and course curriculum assisted us in our goal to learn more and more at the same time attaining practical knowledge.

Placement Experience:

Placement percentage is 100% for all eligible students. Highest Package (CTC) the was offered was INR 21.24 LPA, Average Package (CTC) is around INR 11 LPA. Major firm that consisently visit are JP Morgan Chase and co., CRISIL, BNY mellon, ICICI bank, KPMG etc. The roles are specialized such as Financial analyst, Credit Manager, Wealth manager etc.

Students Become eligible from 3rd semester onwards if they get the PPO from the company they were intern at. My Experience at SSBF

Placement Experience:

The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students. If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.

Average in terms of placement but great if You wish to learn Finance in Depth

Placement Experience:

after the first sem students have to sit for Summer Internship (SIP) and the median stipend for the same is not high and aroun Rs.10000. Few of the companies who visited yet are JP Morgan, BNY, Crisil and a few more, SIP process goes on until Dec . The highest stipend offered as of yet is 85000 per month and the lowest is unpaid. the college maintains a 100% placements every year, as for the final placemnets the process starts at same time, and much more companies come for placement.
