Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to more about the history of our society and I want to clear competitive exams which this course helps me to pursue. There is about a teacher allotted as a mentor to about 70 students. The teachers are Ph.D.. qualified all with good teaching backgrounds. Their teaching techniques are good for basic students. The exams are conducted every season in which they should be conducted.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite low compared to the competing colleges available in this area. There the fee structure is quite low so there is no fear of a fee hike. The students who score good marks get a scholarship from the college.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest held every year in which the students of college show their skills dance and other skills to the other students. All the classrooms are full of amenities like tube lights and ceiling fans. Lots of sports are organized for the students who are physically fit for them. There is a wing of NCC for the students.

Admission

The college is quite good compared to others in this price range. To be eligible for this course you must clear your intermediate with at least passing marks in your specialization. The application form is easily obtained at the college office. There the clerk gives the forms easily. The application started just after the declaration of the board results. The improvement we want to see in college infrastructure is the admission process that should be made online.

Xavier's college Ranchi pros and cons

Likes

The professors were friendly and highly intellectual. They were here to help us in every possible way
Also the student exposure was good ss compared to other colleges in the Ranchi.
The campus was great . Had every facilities you needed

Dislikes

It was less like a college and more of a school because of strict rules
There's were hardly any fun event's or fest in my span of 4 year's of college life

I chose the history because this subjects always used to facinate me . There were different professor's to teach different sub topics like that of ancient history mediaeval or modern history. It dealt with both Indian ad world history. We were provided with the notes regularly and books too as reading materials. The course could have been made more interactive

College and my life as different aspects

The cleaness and the professor of the college and the campus
College has provided different uniform for the different departments
All departments have their own class and building all the labs are provided their for practical

Dislikes

College didn't have a proper regulation for all departments
College didn't conduct class every day or it didn't have a proper schedule and students are also not interested in classes
I think college have to provide scholarship for all categories and same for all the departments

The professor of the college aree well qualified but the regulations are very low the teaching process is good but the classes are not continuous and the students are not interested their are very less department which hav their proper schedule and in my major paper class are only proper but the AEC papers and minor paper never conducts a single class for students

The college campus has two building and the area is very large, magnificient
College faculty are good and supportive.
Best sanitation and drinking facility...

Dislikes

Sometimes teachers dont come in class during their period
The campus land gets muddy during rainy season
Buses seats are adjusting and students difficult to find seat sometimes.

So When I was in twelfth class , I think I should choose history hons. becaus I want time for my side study so i chose this Here, in my university the faculties teach well. And in every university the study are not as good as the study and teachers in school, students should work for themselves and should not totally depends on university and study, they should work other curriculum activities. So my university timing for UG are from 9:30 am to 1:45 pm Every period timing are 45 min. Lunch time around 30 min. And bus time is 2:15

Placement Experience:

After completing a Bachelor degree from the History department, students chose a Masters degree or B.ed to step further. I personally did Masters in History and now associated with a Sports management company as an administrator.

the college expenses is in budget but the parking area is small and the staff are good but some of them are not co-operative most of the students visit the library but having low space we did not move that side

Awesome experience

Entrance Preview:

I love the language English so I opted for this course and this being the best college in the state and third best in the eastern zone it had to be SXC Ranchi. It is the first autonomous college under Ranchi university. Entrance exam is conducted by and in the college this course is one of the oldest and reputed ones of SXC RanchiFor externals. Just go through the bacis of English literature the panel there is there to check your deservingness that's it. Need not worry a lot just be confident. Keep all your documents ready and attested as you won't get enough time after the list is out.

Affordable but not worth it.

For BSc physics, you must be a PCM student who passed class 12th with at least 45% and obtained 45% in physics. The application form is available online on the university's website. It is 100 for the application form and for admission you will be charged according to your extra subject and the number of subjects which hab practicals in them. I don't think there is any relief in the admission fee for Reservation categories but for girls, the fee is slightly less than that for Boys. The admission form and document verification process for admission are just disappointing. They call to make every student sit in a hall and then verify their documents one by one which takes a lot of time. A life in bokaro steel city college

So, I was looking for a college for my graduation nearby me. So, applied on bbmku University website for the listed colleges. My top priority was bokaro steel city college other than that I also choosed rvs college Chas. So for the addmision process is like you have to register on bbmku website for addmision in ug. Upload your marks there, choose the colleges you want to apply for and based on your marks and your prioritiy a college will be alloted to you. Then you have to upload the required documents like marksheet, slc, caste certificate (optional) etc. On the university website and then pay the addmision fee online (in my case I paid rs 2300). Then you have to visit the college for document verification and to get the college ID. Minimum marks for bokaro steel city college physics honours is minimum 45% in pcm.
