KRMU, Gurugram Review

The eligibility of the course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent in any stream and with minimum 50% aggregate marks. All the details related to the programme can be found on KR Mangalam University's website itself.

I chose this course since I wanted to develop my managerial skills. The course helps through the core areas of management including Marketing, Sales, Strategy management, etc. The faculties are very much experienced and knowledgeable. The faculties not only teach the bookish langauge, but they also help in taking future decisions according to the understanding of the students. The exam difficulty is moderate and every 4 months we had our semester exams.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the end of the 5th semester itself. Almost 85% of students which had applied for placements have been placed through the University's placement cell.

There wasn't any hike during the tenure of my course, so cannot say anything about that. Other than that, KRMU helped me in getting an internship with Flipkart Launchpad with a stipend of 15k for 2 months.

Almost all the books which the teachers refer to us for notes are available in the library and in good quantity too. I was a part of the Cultural Club, we used to organise events related to Music, Dance, Cooking activities and a lot of other stuff. Other than this the campus has all the sports facilities for Football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, snooker, carrom, table tennis, etc.

I had to give a written test and a personal interview for my selection. I just prepared the concepts related to general knowledge and logical reasoning. For the interview, I had prepared topics related to BBA and was just fully prepared about questions for myself.
