Honest review of government polytechnic college, Jodhpur

I was interested in electrical-related work from the 8th standard so I choose to follow my interest as a passion. Every teacher in college teaches 40-50 students and teachers are very skillful they solve doubts as well as questions aside from the course. Exams are conducted regularly every 2 months 10 marks tests are conducted 2 times after the 2nd test semester exams are conducted fairly no cheating or malpractices are allowed.

Most of the jobs are security guard, electrician, Maintenance worker, machine operator, etc from companies like tata motors, ultra tech cement Rajasthan, L&T ECC Gujarat, Aglow chemicals pvt. Ltd Rajasthan.

You need to complete your course in order to join any company but you can give an interview or apply for it after the 4th sem i.e. final year. Companies like tata motors and other automotive companies visited in past and took 5-10 students over electrical, mechanical, and electronics branches. The highest package offered to an electronics branch student was 10 lakh per year and it goes near 5 lahks per year for the average package. Approximately 70-80% of students get placements easily due to government college education in the technical field. I will try my best for a government job in the power grid or in the railway field.

Study fees are only 2075 but after including library, sports, etc charges the total fee gets 5650 rupees but it's for general category students for obc and sc st 2075 rupees less than general students. We regularly get internships and we are free to choose where to get training from. I am a final-year student and looking forward to good job opportunities.

Fest and tech fest are rarely seen. But sports in sports are weak and we get regular lectures from people who got success due to their skills at a young age and motivational speakers. You can easily get all required course-related books in the college library but you would get any recently published ones. But there are a lot of books in the library for someone's interest. I don't know about websites run by students but there's a WhatsApp group where first, second, and third students are joined. Every classroom is clean but some of them are water-damaged due to aged buildings.

10th-pass students can get admission in 1st year and if you are a 12th-pass student then you will be direct admission in 2nd year. All admission-related information can be found on the better website and for the admission process you need to visit the student section in the college. I suggest that the admission process should also be online.
