Glance of MIET, Meerut

I had a very deep interest in Computers and programming that's why I took this course. There are a lot of faculties in this college who can't say about the exact ratio but it's like in every two sections for a subject one faculty is there. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders in various traits. They teach a nice to focus more on doubt-solving. Term exams are quite frequent and it's easy as we see the teachings.

Various internship opportunities are provided by college in the 6th semester. The internship is provided merit basis by co-cubes test. They are mostly paid internships so full interview takes place. Industry based projects are build and worked upon.

The placements of the CSE department are awesome. Almost of the students get placed with a minimum of one offer. As this college has got the highest number of CSE seats in the whole UP state with around 620 - 720 seats including the allied branched and IT departments. 100% placements are provided for CSE and IT departments. I plan to do a job for some time then will try for MBA from Germany.

Total institute fees differ from 107000 to 125000 for Btech. Various Scholarships are available like the UP scholarship to almost everyone a year and scholarship to Semester toppers from each branch is provided by monetary compensation.

Life at the campus is quite hectic as we need to attend every class as the college is for quality friendly with quantity. Libraries here are quite big and various books and journals can be found as well as online too. All classrooms have their smart teaching ways like projectors. Lots of college groups are there Like Sanskrit, Ahimsa, Computer Society of India, Society of Electronics engineering, Cxi, etc.

The hostel has two and three bedrooms. Beds Table Chair and almirah are provided along with Wi-Fi enabled fans. The mess menu is good but the quality of the food is ok just. Water coolers are there on each floor. You need to get your ERP done by the hostel warden to get enrolled in the hostel.

College is NBA certified so the scholarship is provided by UP Government every year to almost all students.
