The institution/college management arranges a psychological counseling regularly and on periodical basis. The students are given orientation separately as well as jointly with seniors by a lot of political and police and high profile authorities and psychologists and parents are included in these sessions. This counseling is conducted in the college campus during the first couple of months after joining.

I got 83 percentile in cat and filled the application form in the college itself. The form was easy to procure and fill. I didn't require any help from management to fill it, though they were very friendly and cooperative and understanding when I asked a lot of questions about the college, the course, faculty and its placements. They gave me all the information and nothing was kept hidden, they were very transparent in anything they told us.

The main purpose of an mba course is to train and help the students to prepare themselves so that they can excel in their choice of field and courses. The students knew everything about the course beforehand since the college issued the lesson plan at the time of admission to all the selected students so that they can know in advance about what all topics and subjects are covered and at what time. This helps students to prepare well for the lectures in advance.

The sole purpose of the internship program is to train students and give them a taste of the working in the company after finishing the course. The students are given stipend from time to time as per their performance and a lot of students are given commission and permanent job offers at the end of the internship. Everything depends on the performance of the student in the company when working as an intern.

The alumni are very friendly and have very good connections with the corporate world. A lot of them are working as the manger or leader in top leading organizations and know how to guide or mentor the students in the right direction.
