Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I like it. Faculties are good in both teaching and nature and staff members are also too supportive 40:1. Most of the faculties are M. Tech and Ph.D. and the teaching method of teachers is average, most of the subjects run on theoretically based concepts rather than practical knowledge. 3 times a semester and 6 times a year exams are held on campus and it is a little easier to pass exams.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Digi commerce, Mahindra, Zomato, etc companies visit the campus and they made offers between 2.4 lac to 9.6 lac. The highest package is 10.8 lac and the average package is 4.2 lac offered by the companies. An overall minimum of 75% is required to get placed. I want to work in my dream company Infosys after the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't use and fees hike policy and it cost around 3.5 lac to study in this course. No scholarship is available for us due to covid but now in 2023, many scholarships are available on campus. I am not working in any position on campus in any area.

Campus Life

Every year a sports fest and every semester a coding competition is conducted on campus. The availability of books is too good in the library and you can read books in the library and the library is too clean with a good atmosphere. The classrooms are clean and have an air conditioner. Many webinars and seminars are conducted on campus to motivate and guide students. A coding club for 2024 named group is active on telegram and it is also available on Instagram.

Admission

Eligibility of the Course is a minimum of 75% in 12th With PCM. The application form is available on the college admission cell and application fees are almost 0 application dates are available on the college website.

Likes

All the teachers are highly qualified mostly from IIT and NIT
In the first year the infrastructure is amazing
The teachers are always concerned about the students but their marks Academics and their issues

Dislikes

There is nothing to be disliked everything is going well..

Placement Experience:

The College placements are very awesome like the last year the higher package was 34 lakhs and the average pockets is 5 lakh per annum and 300 + company is a visiting every year and students are getting place in good companies..

Placement is present it depends on the students if a student is capable the college provides 40 to 50 percent students get placed in the companies highest according to me was 35 as I don't no very much whats the highest package avg package is of 7 lpa and min package is 3.5 lpa

I like my course as it is not available in many colleges in India yet. And the labs and practical conducted by our faculty.
Faculty is friendly and helpful when help is needed and college enroll us in important courses
Habit of enrolling us in intership programs from second year online or offline, so we have a habit of it.

Dislikes

Hostel food are terrible some days and the washroom are dirty .
Restrictions to girls in hostel as girls can't roam in the college hostel after 7pm but boys can roam in the college whole night . Also girls have to get output to go outside but boys doesn't need it.
Buildings are all in a small area , looks more like a school than a college and we have no sitting are in the canteen so we have to sit in the class even in the break hours.

Placement Experience:

Placement of NIET is nice with approx 70% students are getting placed also this year until now 4 students are placed with 40lpa . Companies like infosys, Capgemini, GoDaddy and many more visit the college. Our highest package is 53lpa and average is 6 to 7 lakhs with minimum 4 lakhs. Currently my first goal is getting placed in cyber security domain.

Perfect review for a tier 3 college

Likes

The first year faculties are very supportive, in every aspect and terms they help a lot.
They provide equal opportunities in other field as well like games, hackathons, tournaments, etc.

Dislikes

There are very less number of events organised periodically.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards, students are eligible for the campus placements. All the big companies visit our college like microsoft, amazon, google, accenture, ibm, etc. Percentage of students getting placed is 98%. If a student doesn't gets places either he goes to further studies or for startups.

Likes

The infrastructure was so good and has faculty are good
The canteen area was so good and give more tasty food

The ground is not good because there was no playing area
The campus was not clean and it was to much dirty
The classroom are not good no veltilation and no proper fan

one of the best things about iiit Lucknow is the senior junior culture senior 8 January approachable and helpful
IIIT Lucknow has developed are reputation for its coding culture competitive programming open source project and hackettrons are deeply immediate
another unique aspect is the gender ratio which is the round one girl for every 2.5 poise compared to take institute is relatively balanced and healthy

Dislikes

compare to other reputed College Lucknow does not have very vibrant fest culture there are fewer culture music
hostel life has its advantages but the dormitories system from 2nd year onward is a big negative for many living with 8 to 12 student
most of faculty members simply come to class 11 lecture and their leave without much interest in melting student or classifying doubts

Placement Experience:

student are eligible for internship from second year and for job placement i think its from 3rd year highest is 1.45crpa avg 33lpa median is 26lpa this year around 201 from 209 get placement to that make around 96 %

College is best for studies and fees affordability, but not for cultural activities.

Likes

The fees of college is very affordable to those students who can't afford the high fees of other college.
The faculties of this college is very supportive and having high academic records i.e. PhD. The faculties have give more efforts to those students who does not have clear basics of their field.
The college provide all labs facilities and Library also, and perform all the activities that give a boost idea to students.

Dislikes

There is striction to leave any classes or go to your own home. Hardly they give leave to students.
The College library opens from 9 am to 4.30 pm and the classes running time is 9 am to 4 pm. If you want to learn in library you won't because the timing is fixed.
There is less cultural activities happens. The one happens that is Rhythm Divine per year.

Placement Experience:

From 7th or 8th semester students are eligible for Campus Placement. IT Companies: Amazon, Cisco, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Genpact, Hexaview, Meditab. Non-IT Companies: TATA Steel, Samsung, Sony India, Coca-cola, IndiaMart, Apollo, Xerox, Organic India, Daffodil, Axis Bank, Piramal Group, Walmart, Siemens. Other Notable Recruiters: Birlasoft, CronJ, Anglo-Eastern, LANCO, GSG. Almost 85 to 90% get placed. My plans should be opt for Mtech.
