Remarks

Social life of is far better. As it is situated in the hills so the environment is much better. The only thing people miss there is the college life. Transportation to MAMCE is good, as we have only one option to reach there. There are n nearby good hospitals, shops, theater and all.

Entrance Preview

In order to gt admission in MAMCE, you will have to qualify TNEA. I belongs to general category and I scored well in that. At this score I had IIT'S as a options. For admission in BE you will have to write the written test and also clear the interview rounds. TNEA receives around (100 applications for 1 seat) applications for bachelor.

Hostel Facilities

Mess food is up to the mark as per day mess charge. Around 70% meals will be good. According to my 4 year of experience breakfast is the best meal there which is much better than outside Dhaba or restaurants. Quality or taste of food in lunch and dinner is not that good.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

As the social life is too good there so the interaction among people is also good. We have mix hostels and mix courses with seniors and juniors. Alumni are friendly and we interact with them. College also invite successful alumni for any advice or guidelines to students.

Faculty

If you compare the faculties of MAMCE with other IITs then it is average. Most of the professors did their PhD from good universities of world. MAMCE has lot's of young assistant professors. Also some of the professors are from older IITs and very experienced.

Time and Future

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.
