Course Curriculum Overview

Because I'm from the background of commerce. I completed a commerce background in my higher secondary, so I choose this course. Faculties are friendly in nature. Most of the faculties are completing their doctorate.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees must be paid before starting the course and the cost is Rs. 3000 An advantage is above fees are refunded by the name of the scholarship. But some terms and conditions are there. Who cross 1000, they're higher secondary.

Campus Life

Yeah.. college must be conducted several fests it is very enjoyable. Every book and journal is in our college Library. The projector facility is an added advantage. Sports is a very important thing in my college.

Admission

Completed higher secondary, then u will be eligible for the course offered by the college. Application fees are Rs. 150 and after the result of the 12th application will be provided, I want the application process online.

P&G, Deloitte, KPMG, INTEL and many others have started taking interest in B.Com students as well. Placements though our of 400 it is still around like 100 odd students get placed from campus and with a salary of 30-40k around.

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.

Best women's college in the heart of Chennai

Placement Experience:

Placements were decent enough. McKinsey, TCS, HCL were one of the top companies. We also had Justdial and few banks that came for recruitment. Average package was around 2.5 lpa. Highest package was by McKinsey - 3 lpa My plans were to pursue MBA, so I didn't apply for placements. McKinsey offered business presentation specialist roles. Just Dial and banks offered customer support roles. 7/10 were placed.
