Remarks

Although the teachers are fantastic but still some of the faculties are very arrogant and cranky. The college mess is bad. But the academics are good if you are skilled enough you can also get a nice job at the end of your course.

Entrance Preview

Through UPTU examination i got admission in gniot( Greater Noida Institute of Technology) engineering college i scored 20000 something rank in that exam and through counselling i got this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure we got here is defined by the aktu(abdul kalam technical University) which changes every year but still the course is based in the old information or old concepts which have no use in our job. Most of the students only learn to get pass. The course should be more focused towards what is presently going and how can we improve that.

Internships Opportunities

No they don't provide any internship. No they also don't provide any stipend. Although they does provide a nice java or database course for the interested students but you have to pay extra for these courses.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement and job is currently very bad most of the companies come for recruitment are BPOs and Call centre. The core fields companies are rarely to come. Also the none of the big companies come directly here at college. We have to go to the job fair or pool drive for nearby colleges for. Placement

College Events

3

Almost every event is celebrated in here. The Diwali, Holi are the 2 main festival. In durga ashtami and navratre, yagya or aarti or jagran is held at college campus at night. But during Holi the color celebration is prohibited in college campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very expensive although some of the expenses are unknown they cut 10000 for placement from start or from first year they also took industrial study charges from first year but never took for industrial visits. And many other hostel charges are deducted from us.

Fees and Financial Aid

I never taken the loan and scholarship but yes there is scholarship for the up students. They have to fill some form and their scholarships come fro. Jan kalyan vibhag. Through sc/st kota we can get benefits in taking scholarship. The loan facility is easily available through any private bank or government bank.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life was nice and ragging is also at its minimum level. But if i talk about the gender ratio the numbers of girls are very less as compare to boys in computer science branch there is some girls but in mechanical and civil no girl take admissions.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

The food and mess was below average. Some of the things are good but others are unbearable to eat. Most of the students literally don't eat at mess. As they said the hostel food causes them stomach ache. But some of us eat because not everyone can afford the outside food everyday.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes i know many seniors of our college and now they are alumni of our college. The college held a meeting between students and alumni every year. So that the juniors can meet seniors during this meeting but to be honest no one takes this seriously not the students or neither the alumni.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is pretty bad. In one day they took 2 exams one in morning shift and other in evening shift. For a student there is a lot of burden to study about 2 different subjects. As a result one exam that is generally the morning exam goes nicely and other exam goes bad.

Admission

Few of my friends takes admission through management quota. To take admission through management quota you should talk to the reception. They will enquire about the student and will give you full details about the admission process. Further for more knowledge you can also go to the college website for admission and other curricular activities

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are nice and steady. They have all the information regarding the course whereas they lack from practical knowledge. They are good in theoretical concepts but they don't know how to implement them. Some of the faculties are very arrogant they lack from manner and literally don't know how to talk with students or anybody else.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
