Eligibility is 12th with science Jee mains (conducted by NTA) You need to appear in jee mains exam, and after the exam, you can feel form in bcece, bcece provides a rank card to all students basis on the percentile score, in this college required percentile score is 45+, <>Bcece ur rank under 3000-4000 for general, and under 6000-6500(Sc, St) 5000-6000 (EWS and BC, EBC) <> faculties are good and supportive, <> 70-80% of students of the CSE branch get offline placement offer <> Infrastructure good

My favourite branch CSE The ratio of faculties and students is 1:15 all students are approximately supportive Some faculty have done ph.d some M.tech From IIT and NIT The end-semester exam is held in 6 months, and the mid-semester in 3 months

From here mechanical civil students can get internships, in Indian railway and other local company CSE students do an online internship No direct opportunity is provided by the college for computer science engineering students

After 5th semester you are eligible to appear in the placement exam, Students are selected in TCS, byjus, Infosys, map my India, Wipro etc. 60-70% of CSE students are getting job offers I want to do m.tech after my b.tech If a student works hard, he can easily crack the GATE exam without any coaching.

The college fee is less than 10000 per year, but approximately 40000+ is spent on food and room rent Scholarship provided by state government Also you can avail benifits of Bihar students credit card scheme Overall a poor students can easily live here

My Experience at IIT PATNA

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for placements, around 50 companies came to IIT Patna for placement drive and 60+ companies visited for hiring interns. As of I know by January 2025 nearly 80% of 4th years were placed and still it is going on these numbers might change there are aroung 500 plus fourth year students and 600 plus 3rd year students. Highest package was over 60LPA and average is 25LPA for over all placement drive till January(per company is not disclosed to 3rd years yet so I am not sure for individual companies) I am things about higher studies may be I might pursue M.Tech in Electrical Engineering

The lightest part of college

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of college is very poor . Only few students are able to crack placement in the college however college is providing alternate way that is to do our own startup.only 30-40% student are getting placement from companies like byjus ,Academor , Udemy, and small startup .after 6th semester students are eligible for sitting in placement round and Talking about last year then highest placement was 7 lakh and lowest was 3 lakh per annum. Many students look for civil services and I too wanna become civil servants after completion of degree
