This programme is an extension that focuses on bridging the gap between the education and the corporate world / industry by creating corporate specific programmes. It is designed to build on the latest trends, requirements and current knowledge and skill set at the time when students are taught a lot about the current business management, finance management and marketing techniques and strategies that are being applied and used and followed in the industry.

Interested candidates must be a graduate from any discipline completing a 3 year degree atleast. The minimum criteria for executive course is that the student must have a work experience of three years after graduation. The student must have secured 50% marks in graduation, class 10th and class 12th. The college also takes group discussion round and a personal interview rounds.

The program objective is to increase the business skills and leadership qualities and capabilities of managers overall. It also focuses on improving the capacity of students to create strategies and involve in the decision making process in a company. They have created this course in a way to deepen the understanding of organizational hierarchy and dynamics to improve the design and implementation of new ideas, activities and initiatives.

Internship is not mandatory for the students pursuing an executive MBA course since they already have an exposure of the corporate world and they are pretty clear of the field they want to work and excel in. Still, if the student wants to do any sort of internship programme, they can approach the placement committee members and they will find you a platform to practice your skills and improve your skill set.

Most of the students who are pursuing executive mba course joins the company from which they came to study here, still the college has organized a placement week so as to give chance to students to explore new options and new opportunities. It also helps them understand the latest requirements in the industry that is going on and it helps them compare it with the current job they are working in.
