Remarks

The admission process was quite long when I took admission. But it has improved quite a lot in these past two years. The application is usually applied online and the rest of the procedure is done offline.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course in electronics and computers includes 60% electronics and 40% computer syllabus. The permanent faculties here don't do anything but the guest faculties are there to teach and they are quite knowledgeable. There are some who are great at teaching and some who are not so much. The exams are regular here but the results are declared somewhat late. And the exams in this branch are said to be a little tough if you are not regular.

Placement Experience

When students enter the 6th semester of their third year in college, placements start. There are quite a no. Of companies who visit the campus. Top companies are Adobe, Tata, Wipro, Infosys, Vedanta, HCS, and some more. The highest package offered on-campus here was 18lpa by Adobe and off-campus it went 32 LPA by Amazon. The average package for CS/it students is 8 LPA while for other branches it's 6.5 LPA currently. Many students get placements in their fourth year only. This year already many students have been placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a year in this branch is 60,000 approximately. There are scholarships for economically weaker students from govt organizations. There are scholarships provided to the students from our college alumni as well.

Campus Life

There are technical as well as non-technical clubs in the college which are maintained by the seniors quite well. The infrastructure is not so great. It still needs improvement. There are fests and workshops in college from time to time. Programs are also organized. There is a sports club too. But they are not much active.

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Is LNMIIT worth the fee?

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

About SKIT Jaipur

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are quite good for my course and also they are nice for other branches . The highest package of last year was 47 lakhs per annum for the CS branch of my course and average package was 6 lpa . I am in first year right now so i can not tell about my placement but yes the placements are nice in our college and the rate of placement is also decent . My college has tie ups with some companies and train the students according to the demand in the industries. Students who wants to do start ups our college also supports them and give some amount of investments. The culture of my college is really very helping and supporting.

Mbm university reality

The other colleges I applied for skit and I got computer science there but it is next round I got MBM at I choose MBM because of the low fees and the eliminating eliminary network of MBM is very very strong also I applied for NIT but I am not eligible for NIT the admission process of my colleges simple you have to apply in the MBM through reef counselling and when you get selected you have to the submit your document share....Read More

You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
