Remarks

The admission process was very simple. You just have to fill out the REAP registration form. For admission, it requires JEE Mains score. For CS/IT branches 93-95 above percentile is required and for the rest, branches have their respective percentile requirement. Its application fee is nearly 300 Rs/-. You will find the reap form on Google directly. Category reservation is available as also girls' reservation also their.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is fine. The faculty is also very good and passionate. I choose this course because I want my future in Coding. Faculty student ratio is 1:50. Most of the faculty members have 10 to 20 years of teaching experience. Exams are little bit late and the level of toughness of exam was medium.

Internships Opportunities

College didn't provide many college internship opportunities. We have to find ourselves but if we didn't get any internship ourselves then the professor will help definitely. The stipend for the internship is an average of 5000 to 6000 per month.

Placement Experience

The placement of our college is good or average compared to any other nits or iits. The average Campus placement of our college is 7-8 lakh per annum. In the Mining branch, we got 100% placement. The placement rate of our is 70%, the rest of them are applying for gate and civil services exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are two types of fee structures in our college: SFS(private seat)-> 60,000 per year & GAS(government funded)-> 30,000 per year. All the scholarships provided by the government are available in our college.

Campus Life

The Campus life is average because the infrastructure of the college is very poor because it is one of the oldest colleges in India. The clubs are good all active and helping. The clubs available in our are -> Robotics Club, Entrepreneur Club, Sargam Club(singing), Zenith club (dance), etc.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

About SKIT Jaipur

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are quite good for my course and also they are nice for other branches . The highest package of last year was 47 lakhs per annum for the CS branch of my course and average package was 6 lpa . I am in first year right now so i can not tell about my placement but yes the placements are nice in our college and the rate of placement is also decent . My college has tie ups with some companies and train the students according to the demand in the industries. Students who wants to do start ups our college also supports them and give some amount of investments. The culture of my college is really very helping and supporting.

Mbm university reality

You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only .
