Langat Singh College, Heart of Muzaffarpur

To get admission to BCA in Langat Singh College you have to go through a 100 marks general aptitude test which consists of questions from maths, reasoning, and gs. Though the difficulty of the questions used to be easy to medium. One problem is that the college has a limited number of seats and a lot of students apply for admission so, the cutoff remains always higher. (i.e, the top 100 best-performing students get themselves enrolled).

The course is well structured and it is made even easier and more understandable with all of the talented facilities available. Each faculty has a vast knowledge of their respective subjects and they are well qualified and very experienced also. The thing that could be or was a minus point at my time was exams(Though the college was not responsible as exams are conducted by their respective University).

Something that college lacks in providing is good opportunities for their students (at least for the BCA students). Though they try to bring opportunities it seems not good enough to get us enrolled. A major problem that the college faces in bringing opportunities for BCA or MCA students are a lack of IT industry/ development at the local or state level. Everyone knows that the IT industry is not well developed or not yet settled in Bihar yet. That's why college fails in bringing attractive opportunities for their IT students.

The college is very budget friendly as your whole 3-year (6 semesters) course will cost you nearly 50k to 60k only. You can choose any mode of payment and also rely on other center or state scholarship program that is endorsed and supported in the college. So, on whole, fees are never gonna be a problem here.

Almost every sports facility is available for students. There is a big playground in the college for almost every outdoor activity and a separate hall for indoor games. A separate kabaddi court, a separate basketball court, and a separate badminton court are also available. There is a gym on the campus for only college students. If we talk about the social life of the college, it can be simply called a film. You can enjoy every moment here. Several public and political group is available to join if you want to.
