Remarks

It is excellent. You have to give it a shot if you are ready for a busy life for 3 years and in this competitive world you need an edge above the others and Mitcon institute of management gives you this opportunity of being the best. The faculty and staff is the best.

Entrance Preview

There is no need to give entrance exam For under graduate management course but if you are not a commerce background student then you need to write accounts test conducted by the college.i chose this college because of its infrastructure and they have got best faculty in Pune.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is one of the best ones as it focuses on the overall holisitic development of the student. Wide range of subjects throughout this course are taught to the student, ranging from Business maths, statistics and Skill Development where students are taught by their seniors.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities and placements are excellent. Companies such as Indusland bank, Icici bank, reliance capital, India Bulls, IBM come for campus recruitment. While IBM offers somewhere around 3 lakhs/year to the fresh graduates, Indusland bank goes up-to 8-10 lakhs/year.

They are working in excellent companies and yeah, They are respected in the corporate world since they are from MITCON. They always have good memories about their experiences in their MITCON life.It is the best and the people are great too. Students are also taken to villages to get a real world experience of how a rural life is. Apart from this, the fests throughout the year will keep the student busy.

In this college you can find Highly qualified faculty and almost all the facilities have done their masters and PhD but they are very strict the main thing in this college is discipline and should be good in academics facilities are available all day you can clear all your doubt with them not only regarding academic but also about everything.

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.
The campus infrastructure is excellent, featuring modern labs, a well-stocked library, and great sports facilities.
Placement opportunities are robust, with many top-tier companies visiting the campus for recruitment every year.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Likes

The faculty is extremely experienced and provides valuable industry perspective.
The campus is modern and equipped with smart classrooms, media, labs, studios and an excellent library.
The placement cell is very helpful and active, getting students placed with firm.

Dislikes

The hostel is not good so providing variety in food.
sometimes coordination between department can be smoother.
The course is a bit on the expensive side when it comes to fees.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.
