Remarks

Students who completed their 12th are eligible for the BSc nursing. Application forms are available on the official website which is kit. ac. form fillup starts in December. After applying for the form you have to appear for the exam that is Kiittee.

I chose this course because I wanted to serve the People. The number of students in the class is 100 and the teacher's number is 10 and external teachers are also teaching us. Every teacher is well qualified some of the teachers to have a Ph.D. in nursing & some of them have done MSc in Nursing. There is a total of four exams we have to appear 2 internal 1 model exam and the final exam.

Kalinga Institute of Medical science will allow us to do a settled clinical occupation with a good stipend (8000) We are given the role of Nursing Officer, Nursing staff and salary is also good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of the institution is affordable in comparison to states like Bihar West Bengal etc. we are given a stipend from 3rdyear that is 1500 rupees per month. We can do a job in the university Hospital itself which is well known in Bhubaneswar.

Fests like Kiit fest Kims fest chimera fest sports fest and many more are conducted in the months from Sep to December. Many sports events are organized and you can play from the university side. The classroom is fully smart, Ac classroom. NSS Kimaya group is some society run by students

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel approx all facility provided i.e. AC, bathroom, bed, study table, proper ventilation, etc., meal quality is very very good. The menu of food is good, and all food items clean & fresh. All staffs in mess maintain their hygiene. The environment of the hostel is very very good. hostel registration is very easy by only filling up a form. All over our hostel is very very good, modern, etc.

Its about the view of others.

Likes

Good infrastructure, campus, learning equipments.
The faculties and also their teaching style.
The workshop facilities and also the guidance from seniors

Dislikes

As a first year student you cannot seat in workshop unless no faculties or seniors are present

As for me first i didn't know about this course but later when one of my relatives showed me his work and how it helps many of the people walk again and rehabilitate so from there i got my interest and wanted to do it so i didn't plan for it just because it gained my interest so here i am. Also when i came here i saw the reality of the world by the patients view and i feel i can help them to improve

Placement Experience:

We get immediately into internship after our exams results. And yes we do have a good reputation sonwe have 100 percent placement s every year and sometimes few student get in campus jobs which is a good thing

The campus is good and big .there are some stores also inside the campus which is very helpful for students and hosteller
There is a food court where we can eat and also a ground actually there is 2big grounds in pur campus
Teachers are very good they teaches us very well

Dislikes

At first you are fresher there so there will be some difficulty in adjust
The food In the mess is good but weekly repeated the same food
Canteen is a bit far from hostel so you have to walk for 2to 3 minutes to reach the canteen

I would rate this course 7/10 because it's a really good profession .students who wants to go in medical line can choose this profession and who wants early job and good income can choose this course without opening eyes.and it's a Nobel profession you will experience a lot of lives

Our college is near to bhubaneswar railway station and Market.
Teachers are friendly and curriculum of study is so greatly designed

Dislikes

As it's situated in induction estate area ,road accident risk is high
Hostel are 2 km away from our college and we have to come by walking

Teacher are so friendly and supportive, they have High excellent on their subjects knowledge, here passing an exam is easy but scoring high marks is not easy. Our question paper is prepared by utkal University. Overall this college is suitable for doing in our college.

The Dark but unsaid truth Of Lord Jagannath Missions College, Bbsr ????

Likes

The teaching quality of some senior teachers
There are so many cooperative seniors, who help us in assignments and arranging programmes and fests like really close
The allowance to go and help the patients in Government Hospital of SriRam Chandra Bhanja Medical College. And to practice our nursing there

Dislikes

The Hostel rooms, the uncleaned bathrooms and toilets, impaired washrooms too
The canteen foods, the careless and rough behaviours of the canteen members and the carelessness of college executives and administratives about food system
Some teachers are really poor and doing emotional harassments, some teachers don't know how to treat the students, some are just showing aggressions and harassing students by showing unnecessary tantrums,most are playing with the students emotions :(

I have applied in 2-3 other colleges including SRM University and Amity University but I have choosen KIIT University for some specific reasons. 1. I come from West Bengal and its very easy to travel from there. 2. The food culture is very similar to that of Bengal 3.
