College Life is the Best!!

Anyone from any stream is eligible for applying for the BBA program on the IMS UC campus. The only condition is that he/she must have secured at least 45% marks in the board exams of class 12th. The details regarding admissions are available on the college website and the application form is available there. Also, I visited IMSUC Ghaziabad for a campus visit and you might even fill out the form on the campus itself.

The course curriculum is designed according to the industry's needs. All the curriculum is up to date and helps a budding manager to become ready for the cooperate world. All the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. They know modern methods of teaching like PPTs, E-material, etc. Therefore, the college provides us with laptops which prove highly useful for our studies and for completing our assignments. Exams are held semester-wise, and 2 internal exams and 1 external exam are held each semester.

Every student must complete 2 to 3 months of their internship and at the end of the 5th semester, they need to submit a copy of their final project to the institute as an internal assignment. The students get a gap of around 2 months, where they could work on their internships without worrying about their college studies. Students get different kinds of projects according to their specialization and type of internship (job profile).

Starting from the 5th semester you become eligible for campus placements and internships, which are offered in the 4th semester, we even get a break for 2 to 3 months, in which we can freely concentrate on our internships without worrying about college studies. In the nearby area, IMS Ghaziabad is the best in terms of placements, generally, most of the students get placed with satisfactory packages, as per their capabilities and skills. Though the college provides 100% placement assistance and also extra classes are conducted in that regard.

The course is divided into 6 semesters over 3 years. The complete fee is 3,94,000 INR for the BBA program. In my view, the course fee is kind of appropriate as per the college infrastructure and standards. The institute is recently been accredited with a NAAC-A grade, which is the highest grade that could be given to any educational institute.

The best part of everyone's life is college life. Everyone remembers being a college student and enjoying with friends. Apart from studies, proper emphasis is given to sports and extra-curricular activities. Now and then events, workshops, industrial visits, etc. are organized on campus. It's amusing being an IMSIAN. Everyone is socially active and friendly, whether it be other students, seniors, or faculty members. If need be everyone remains ready to help out their friends. Even faculty members are prepared to answer quarries even outside classrooms. Proper infrastructure is available to support classes in hybrid or online mode. There are more than 33 student-run clubs. They regularly conduct their club meetings and have their budgets, events, mega-events, etc. Every student in the club is assigned some kind of role and responsibility the club, is not only just a member but they work on specific profiles in the clubs like they are doing some kind of job.

I gave one telephonic interview at the time of admission. It was a simple interview conducted for the sole purpose of testing the level of confidence, basic knowledge, etc. The questions were simple enough for anyone to answer with a little bit of practice.
