The experience of RC college.

There is eligibility for the selection of students is merit based, first, we have to apply an application through online, and then they will put a list of students who are selected for the college. Then students have to submit all the needed documents which are required for college and the hardcopy of the admission application they will issue and we have to fill it out and pay the admission fees through the bank.

I choose the B.Com course because I was interested in the commerce field. All faculty is very good. We have experienced teaching staff and also guest faculties also they are good. When comes to the qualifications they all did master's and some of them did Ph.D. in certain subjects. The teaching methods of our professors are quite good. We have semester exams for six months, and for a year we have 2-semester exams. Not that much difficult to pass, if we studied properly.

In our college, they don't offer an internship for students. They conduct an Orientation program online about this internship in that they will explain on which kind of companies we have chosen to do internship for 21 days and other rules and regulations. After the completion of the orientation program, we have to find companies on our own and start doing an internship, and lastly, we have to prepare a report for the internship.

Around 75% of students are placed in Govt. RC college. Many companies offer a job to students in this college, some of them are Caterpillar Signs Pvt Ltd, DHL, Ethos HR Management & Projects Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Keshav Motors, Tarun Kumar and Aegis, etc. By looking salary pack the maximum annual pack offered is 4 lakh p.a and the minimum is 1.8 lakh and the average salary pack is 2.2 lakh, overall it's not that bad it is quite good as compared to other government colleges. Plans after getting the degree are looking to do an MBA.

The fee structure isn't that costly. We have to pay admission fees for all three years and for exam fees we have to pay extra. We can apply for SSP and NSP scholarships and many more where we can apply within our college with the help of staff. When comes to campus jobs they will conduct placements for final-year students where they can get jobs. It will be conducted within the premises of the college.

The campus is very good. The college was centrally located in the main city i.e. near vidhanasoudha and BCU. The annual fest is also conducted in our college in which they invite special persons as a guest and give inspiration to students, and students sing a song and dance and some external activities, fest takes in December. The library is quite good having books which help students in their future and their studies. Journals are good and supportive. Not many desks in class about 80 to 100 members sit in class and the parking facility is quite good. About sports, we have sports blocks separately and also we have a gym for exercise. When comes to extracurricular activities we have mainly NSS, NCC, Scouts and Guides and culture clubs, eco clubs, adventure clubs many more clubs in our college.
