Remarks

Eligibility criteria is that the candidate should be passed 10+2 examination with 60% aggregate marks. Students can apply by getting application form in college office on all working days and also apply online on the official website of MIET college. The application process is going on at their time.

Course Curriculum Overview

Currently, I am pursuing B-tech from MIET Meerut and i have chose the branch CSE because of my interest towards coding. The teacher - student ratio is 25:1 which is good. The teachers are mostly highly qualified with good teaching skills and method. Exams are conducted in a timely manner and for b-tech students sessionals are going on every Monday especially for 1st year.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 118013 per year

Placement Experience

From 5-6th semester students are eligible for the campus placement. There are many companies visiting the college and the data are also available on the site. The highest package in 2k21 was 33 LPA which is gained by two students. The percentage of students getting placement is around 85%.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I'm a b-tech student my first year fees was Rs.118013 and in second year Rs.107013 which is normal and also there is a opportunity to get the scholarship and other schemes for financially weak students.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is Kolahal which is the best known event of MIET. There are a lots of books available in the library, there are total three libraries in the college. Sports and extra curriculum activities takes place time to time and there are various clubs and labs which are run and maintained by the students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges
