Remarks

You must have passed 12th in the science stream to be eligible for this course the application process is quite easy and hassle-free the admission process is conducted in an administrative building and for reservation, category required documents are to be provided.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course due to the heavy demands of chemical industries in the state providing more jobs and better packages the student strength in the class is 15 which makes it easier for us to understand the subjects and the teachers are well qualified.

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are available but the company is to be approached by the students and very little help is provided by the university on this aspect so this is a place where the college lacks and some work needs to be done.

Placement Experience

Placements is decent with a limited number of companies visiting this campus and the avg packages are 2 lakhs per year so it's better to go for master's rather than opting for the jobs Grasim and reliance are among few companies that visit the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is likely every year and the cost of the course is around 2-2.5 lakhs financial assistance is given to students who are from the reserved category and the ones who have passed scholarship exams.

Placement Experience:

My course and the placements are mostly government-related. We go to forensic science laboratories (FSLs) which are all over India for jobs. We can be recruited as scientific officers or scientific assistants etc. In Kerala, I have to give the PSC examination for recruitment.
