Remarks

Btech is Considered a technical degree and for that, you have to go through various entrance exams. The best exam you can opt to take for admission to this college is JEE Mains. They Considered the admission through the score of JEE mains and also from Management Quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course the very good, you will find it interesting and will enjoy it. It is tough to study but as we know everything is possible if we study hard and smart. Faculties are good and know their respective fields. They are also very helpful.

Class Size: 2000Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

The Placements are very Good. Around 90% of Students got placed. The Highest package is 40lakhs from Cred which is Off-campus and the average package is around 4-5 lakhs. The companies come in 6th sem till 8th sem to recruit the students. The mass recruiters are Infosys, TCS, and Capgemini.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are generally High. The fees are 1,70,000 which is considered very high but there are various facilities also provided with it like centrally AC Campus and Classrooms which make the learning interesting and the best infrastructure which will never feel you bored.

Campus Life

The fest, events, and clubs are also organized to keep the student's interest High and to give them some break from the Hectic Schedule. Tech fests like ignitia, waves, etc. are organized every year. There are sports events conducted but mostly hostellers are eligible for them.

Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.

LIFE AT PSIT - PLACE WHERE KNOWLEDGE MEETS PASSION AND DETERMINATION

I applied to PSIT kanpur , AKGEC Ghaziabad , KIET Ghaziabad and Galgotias college for btech cse. I got confirmed seats at psit and galgotias. I choose PSIT as it has a better campus , good study plan , high placement rate, and strong link with top firms . The labs and infra are modern and the faculty is helpful. The peer group here is also very active and goal driven. i could not get seat at AKGEC and KIET due to high rank cut-offs, but i am happy with PSIT as it gives good valaue for my jee score....Read More
