Remarks

We have many guest lecture sessions throughout the year and maximum of these lectures are actually our alumni. Many of the alumni are spread across the world and have a name for themselves in many research institutes, healthcare institutes and many international hospitals as well.

Entrance Preview

I took admission through NEET. NEET entrance test consists 180 objective type questions with questions related to physics, chemistry and both zoology and botany. The duration of the test was 3 hours. The centers for this test are all over India so you can give a suitable center.

Campus Life

There are many amazing facilities provided by our college like, in campus hostel, auditorium, library and many more. The college covers a large area and the life here is suited to knowledge sharing and knowledge gathering.

Manav Rachna Dental University has a fleet of luxury AC Buses providing transport facility to the students of Delhi-NCR covering various locations of Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. It has also the fleet of Non-AC Deluxe buses for the local students from Faridabad, Ballabgarh and Palwal.

Likes

Department is quite strict and well mantained
Many celebration, competition, fest take place
Hostels and department are well cleaned and hygienic

Dislikes

Other departments children involvement of other fields
High attendance required ( 90 percent ))
Bds department should be in other medical side

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a little easier than mbbs. You get to have a doctor tittle in front of your name. Regular attendance makes you more disciplined and a good dentist. It is fun to carve teeth and to do prosthodontics experiments are also fun

Pdm college life

Likes

I like the campus life and host life. It’s pretty good as I expected.
Teachers are also good and helpful and supportive
Senior daughter also helpful and is near to city not much far

Dislikes

Hygiene of Hostel is not good. It is dirty
Some smell also come, but it is often not regular
Building is not painted once painted it will be perfect

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I choose bds was more practical learning and more over my interest in this. The teachers teaches us according the curriculum helping us in exams. The frequency of exam is around six months or annually. It depends on the college management system, and how they set the exam and when.

Likes

Teachers teach very well , better than all dental colleges
Patient flow is enough good for practice even it is private dental college but patient flow is good
Infrastructure is well maintained,top class infrastructure

Course Curriculum Overview:

Dentistry is more often chosen course after mbbs As it was World wide accepted degree So you can go anywhere in other countries after bds and you will get good salary minimum 75lakh to maximum 3 crore and if you have ability to setup clinic so you can easily get up upto 1 lakh per month easily

Placement Experience:

I am a BDS student so for us right after finishing our BDS we are eligible to practice ourselves. Now it is on you whether to go for MDS or not, or whether to move abroad for your practice, we have our internships in the 5th year where we are taught how to deal with patients in real life so our journey starts right from our internships, a lot of fresh Doctors who have passed out from this college are doing great in life. I have a clear set of thoughts in chronological sequence as to this would be my way forward which includes doing MDS and going for opening my own clinic after which I shall move abroad for my practice.

Remarks:

College is good but only one demerit we have is a slight lack of patients. We don't have that much mob of patients but still get ample patients to get our practice quota done in every department.
