Remarks

This is one of the best institutions in Allahabad. They have tie-ups with Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Missouri University, Columbia, USA for student exchange.

Entrance Preview

The college has no entrance exam for BBA. Admission is on 12th STD marks of any approved board in India. You have to apply online and pay the application fee also online.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college offers many degrees. B.Tech., BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA, M.Pharm., B.Pharm., M. Tech. & MAM are taught on the campus. These are taught separate institutes like United College of Engineering and Research, United College of Engineering and Management, United Institute of Technology, United Institute of Management and United Institute of Pharmacy. The BBA course is well taught. BBA course is of 3 years.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is not compulsory. You'll have to find on your own.

Placement Experience

They try to push students towards entrepreneurship. They have a startup cell to fund viable business ideas of students. The Innovation Centre provides guidance for budding entrepreneurs. Placement takes place on campus but it is not even 70%. Most students opt for Masters. College placement cell and professors help students to crack many competitive exams and they orient students towards finding their own jobs.

College Events

The campus has many interesting activities going on. They have held a TEDx event on campus too. Search for it on YouTube. They have a yearly fest too.

Campus Life

There is pick up and drop facility for local students who don't live in the hostel. The college has WiFi hotspots throughout the campus. All buildings have very good infrastructure. There are students from all educational streams. The campus is very lively.

There are clean hostel rooms available on sharing basis. The college has campus boarding and lodging facilities. The hostels are separate for boys and girls. There are medical facilities on campus, Canara

They have good faculty here. Professors complete syllabus on time. Some professors are very young and inexperienced and others are industry professionals. They also have good quality visiting faculty.

Overall experience at Galgotias University

Likes

The campus life in Galgotias is appreciable with a lot of clubs, different events happening daily and the overall student culture.
There are dedicated labs for every department whether management or technical.
Practical learning and active classrooms make students ready for real world jobs.

Dislikes

Sometimes the timetable is not very likeable because of huge gaps between classes.
Different weak offs are not nice, i.e., the university is open all 7 days and there are classes on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Placement Experience:

Galgotias University has high placement rates with the placement rates for this year being 5500+ offered jobs. The highest package was 60LPA and average was 6LPA. There are a vast varities of companies which offer placement from technical background till management background.

I will appreciate the teachers support and hardwork for students
My environment of college is good that engage me and i can easily concentrate on my stufy
My more faculty are ugc net qualified and the comcept that they use in teaching are very amazing

Dislikes

I think they need some extra awarness in student for job and placement
They need to improve learning facilicities like smart board wifi
They dont have to change faculty for any subject early

1. The company come in my college for placement any year student can give interview 2. In last month the compqny jio,airtel,dominoz came for hiring students 3. The highest pqvkage of my college is 54 lakh and the average is 4 lakh

The Placement of our College is quite good just because the university open recently on year 2021. The Average Placement is 4,00,000 per annum. And Higher Placement is 8,00,000 per annum. There is many companies who visited in our college like Suzuki,Eefco, Reliance,etc

My college have a good infrastructure classrooms is also very spacious have a library
Regular activities also get conducted The college frequently organises workshops seminars and events
Very supportive and knowledgeable Faculty. Collage also give practical exposure and updated learning environment

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college are decent with many opportunities. Many big companies came to our campus like Decathlon, times now Placements packages of these companies were almost 4-5 lac. It mainly focuses on making students industry ready Also our colleges have a seprate Placement cell which handles all these placements In case of limited collage placement the collage still supports students by improving their employability thorough workshops internships and guidance

College for academic and growth

Likes

The facility are highly experienced and cooperative.
Regular organising of master classes, workshops, activities, etc.
Campus is well equipped with facilities like computer labs, seminar hall, etc.

Dislikes

No night life , focus is more on attendance and punctuality

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated training and placement office which provides excellent internships as well as placement opportunities. Various companies visits our campus like Amazon, Wipro, Times, etc generally around 85% of the students who opt for got placed. The average package varies from 5 to 6 lakhs. I have done various certification courses like life skills and personality development. The placement cell of my college is very active. Pooja Ma'am also takes regular workshops on Cv building. Our seniors were well placed by my college, and also praise the placement team of our college that helped them to reach their career goals and destinations. Pooja Ma'am personally guided me to build my CV atleast 5 times that made my profile academically suitable.

Likes

I loved how faculties are friendly and supportive.
I like the overall environment of the students.
Opportunities for cultural fest technical events clubs and sports poster overall development and teamwork.

Dislikes

More one on one career guidance and support us required.
There are subjects are more theoretical with fewer hands on projects.
Labs could be improve for better learning experience.

The office staff is very good and helps in every problem that is faced by a child and provides solution for that.
The teachers are supportive and helps students with great conceptual lectures.
The campus has a huge area and gymnasium and big grounds are available for physical fitness and games.

Dislikes

The toilets are not clean and it should be taken care of because it looks very unhygienic.
There are some students who come to college just for making the environment bad and also the College ID is not checked so anyone can enter the campus easily.
The fans and benches for students are very old and should be changed because it cause discomfort for the students.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, the students are eligible for Placements. Wipro TATA INFOSYS Accenture ICICI bank Mahindra Are the some companies where studets gets placed. It think the highest package was 20 LPA and lowest package is 2.4 LPA. 25- 30 percent students are placed. My plan is to persue MBA after getting the BBA degree while doing a job.

BBA is the professional course which give you exposure to learn about corporate world so anyone who wanted to do business and work in corporate line can join. The faculty is also very good here all the faculty are holder of doctorate degree. The difficulty of term exam is not very hard if you have studied then can get pass very easily

Not my favourite, but a decent college

if I say that, why did I choose this college is not that because of I want to do the course, but because of my fashion, that's what I had in my mind, I was always drive with the fact that what computers to how they do how they work and what are the what is the things that make a computer work smoothly so of this course is not a very hi-fi course, but not Course which do not offer even a placement.
