Remarks

As compared to previous years, this year we had a good number of admission for all departments, this has to follow for all upcoming years so that many numbers of students can be benefited in order to get admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

Staff guide students in order to score good grade in the semester, even though sometimes question paper is tough students are managed to perform well, the college also conduct so many tests to crack the exam easily.

Class Size: 44Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students get internship opportunities from the 4th semester onwards. And some students get stipends for their internships. Other departments in my college also get so many internship opportunities with stipends and also got placed.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities in my college are good. Companies will come for placement from the 7th semester. Revature and so many MNC companies visit and offer students a good package. 90% got placed so far. My plan is to get placed in a good MNC company with a good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

First graduate students get concessions up to 25000, many other government scholarships are also available in college in order to reduce the fees. Our semester fees are 50000. Many other scholarships are also provided by the college to students.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in my college, reading club, fine arts club and so on, students will participate in all club activities to showcase their skills. Staff will support students in order to motivate them.

Your Concise review and guide to nit trichy

Placement Experience:

The students start sitting for placement from 6th semester i.e the end of third year itself, while many students start getting job offers at the start of 7th semester itself. The placememt percentage here is very good it is around 90% amd the average placement for 2025 placement session is around 15.76 lakh or maybe higher since results are not made available to us ye, the highest offer is around 55lakh+ according to some fourth year students. The number of companies visiting us are many; they include tech giants such as google,microsoft,amazon, sony, samsung, NVIDIA, quolcomm, AMD, Yahoo and highliting companies are Ceat, Volvo, Wolkswagen, LT, Bosch, mcafee and the list goes on and on and on. i plan on getting a job and then going for higher studies in a foreign university.

Life at NITT

Placement Experience:

Students sit for placements from the seventh semester. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, SAP Labs, AMD, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Citi, Visa, Warner Bros, Amazon, Rubrik, Meesho, P&G, ITC, etc visit. avg package is 12.56 lakh in mechanical branch placements is overall very good above than 87% . highest was around 62 lakhs but in circuital branch . i want a good hand salary job after that i want to give rest to my parents .

NIT TRICHY- COLLEGE REVIEW

Placement Experience:

The placements are the best part of this college. This college provides a very good placements both on and off campus to its students the placement percentage is also very good for all the branches ofcourse the placement packages are higher for students of CSE AND ECE branches but others also get a very good package. Students get eligible for placements from the 4th year some even get a PPO from the company they do their intership at in the third year. Big and Prominent comapnies visit our college such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Tata Steel, Qualcom, NVIDIA and more recently they gave around 900 offers to the students the highest package was aroung 65 lpa and the average package stood at 16 lpa for the college which is very good as compared to other colleges. The student placement percentage is also very good where aroung 85-90 percent of the students gets placed evey year in defferent sectors like software, Data Science, Management and Core sectors of their branch.

I got a reserved seat in this college via TN Engineering Counselling. I've applied for many other colleges but this is the one I got. The admission process is very simple, If you're a reservation student, you can take the allotment paper and meet staffs at the admission cell and they will handle the rest.
