Entrance Preview

I took CAT entrance exam for taking this course. Admission process is good and so many companies takes place in this campus so i choose this college for my career.

Internships Opportunities

Internship Projects are in duration of 2 months each in the area of specialization. The project enables the student to understand the business process and makes them ready for the corporate careers ahead. Companies also provide stipends to students like 7k to 15k per month. Different companies provide different stipends.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. Campus is good but students need to take care of these things like all students should produce their identity cards and should enter the incoming and outgoing timing in the register. Students are not allowed to move attach, detach the hardware equipments- Printers, Cable, Mouse, Monitor etc. Students are not allowed to do their personal work beside their regular practical.
